a reply to: Rezlooper www.radaranomalies.com Rez, that is where you can find some info and also the research relevant to Doug Pooleys work. I hope you get a chance to check it out sometime. There is some interesting data there. I just typed in radar ring anomalies in my search engine and came up with that site and Dougs work. He and others put quite a bit of work into the subject. There are comments/discussions there I think. I didn't go over the site a lot after I found it. I am going back there to read some more. There was a link there relevant to my various areas of research and a website I had for a while of my own and also a website that a fellow from Croatia shared with me about many topics. The link to my stuff is probably gone though by now. I hope you find it all and enjoy and Thanx for all you do...is too bad folks don't always appreciate a fellow that takes a stand whether it is a popular one or not, it takes courage and being curious to delve into things that are not in the main stream. You try and that means a lot.

Thanks a lot Shreve

Also, thanks for all that info and that site. I'm going to check it out.

It's birds migrating, it's all explained here

Some people think these are HAARP rings and Scalar activity from the Nexrad reflector stations.

Birds would show up as a smaller more complete feature, like a small filled in area, not a vast circular area that we are seeing here.

They've tried to use birds as explanations for these for years now.

We all remember this right?

I'm willing to bet these have some sort of military and/or "black" application.

This is what a large migration of airborne animals looks like on radar.

The radars used for weather forcasing are designed to get returns or reflections from water. When considering that most living things contain 70+% water in their tissues, then yes, bugs, bats, birds, etc. that fly around in the air in massive numbers can and will produce a radar return.

Also note most radars of this type will also adjust the scale to the strongest signal they can pick up at a given time. The "heavy" color on a dry day for a given radar contains much less moisture than what that same "heavy" color indicates when an actual storm front is passing through. So when it scales to the low end of what it can pick up, there's a lot more random stuff showing up than what you'd be able to see otherwise. Usually you see this via the internet because you're getting the raw feed, when forecasters do their thing on TV they usually filter (Photoshop?) this noise out and just tell you it's going to be clear for the night.

but making a return of same size unmoving circles that just so happen to be only over major cities?
Someone said it was pointed out in the 2007 (2007?) thread when this happened, that it was solar activity causing this by coming in on the opposite side of the earth but "landind" where we see the circles. Isn't that very oddly coincidental? If this assertion was true, does this make those spots momentarily more susceptable to UV rays, or other dangers of "unfiltered" solar light? Sry for laymen terms. Mayb it's new weapon "firing blanks" for target practice. xD

The circles are centered on the NEXRAD locations. They are circles because the radar scans a circular area.

Well you may want to check into that a bit more...
