i believe they are, or were, in the secret service's arsenal.
they're used as a concealed weapon for security personnel all over the place.
they were designed to be a close defense weapon....kind of a waste on the battlefield, unless you're a chopper or fighter pilot...

while the UK may be safer than the US (i think it's still debatable), it is NOT a result of the UK's regulation of firearms. this is what i was saying, what i'm still saying, and you are still either completely ignoring, or are simply incapable of comprehending.
