Yep. Pretty mundane indeed and different voices. Dispatcher has more of a southern twang that slips out more frequently. Also, the chatter was way more and typically the scanner chatter is kept to a minimum. What I'm hearing now seems more legitimate.

Oh dear, 10 subjects in the lot smoking and drinking--sounds like a Friday night!

Also, second female (officer?) voice is on it now and she's going off shift. First time I'd heard a female officer...

New member, long time lurker here.
I started listening to this a while ago, and I don't see any reference to something I heard 45 minutes to an hour ago? I went to make a snack, so I turned on my phone app and brought it with me to the kitchen. There was something about a woman with a gun yelling the purge is real, and then something about a news reporter and immediately after a chevy malibu VS telephone pole. I'm sorry, I really can't remember everything that was said. It was a female dispatcher talking about it. What I thought was weird was that she said all of that information, and didn't "send" any officers to the scene, nor did anyone respond to it? Just wondering if anyone else heard that earlier.

Police also say they did not see a higher crime rate around Louisville Friday night. They did, however, receive a high number of anonymous tips, most of which turned out to be unfounded.

A flier for a proposed "Purge" in Louisville got the attention of the FBI, local police departments, and even Jefferson County Public Schools

I'm from Louisville, people here are too boring for something this exciting. After any big event here there is a news story about the garbage from said event, the actual trash, not a euphemism.

Looks like a hoax?? Here is a question though, what the hell is wrong with America that people can't differentiate between what they see on screen and real life? Surely people haven't gone that retarded that they looked at the purge film and thought it was a fantastic idea....

The calls are still being relayed to the officers and not all are on the same channels so the dispatchers don't walk over each other. It's hard to explain it unless you sit in with them to see how it runs.
