After reading through the entire thread, I've lost a lot of faith in the future of humanity. The blind, willful ignorance of some people just blows my mind. Anyone thinking these pictures show anything but rocks needs to turn their computer off, go outside, and take a good long hike through nature. They'll probably have a heart attack from the "artifacts" that are everywhere...

I love hiking through nature. I've never seen anything even close to this, except as artifacts in museums.
Keep an open mind, and don't let the illusions you have of other people get you down so much.

I have researched the ufo/alien/abduction phenomenon for over 25 years and have seen many sketches done by experiencers and that statue/head looks very much like the sketches of what some refer to as the "Reptoids". They are usually described as tall, greenish or gray/tan and scaley and rather intimidating in appearance. That photo certainly does look like a good representation of said creatures. Thanx for posting that. Folks can laugh and scoff and such but still...there is every possibility that a creature exists that is very similar to that statue and that the "rock" is a representation of just exactly that.
"There are more things in Heaven and earth, Horatio"...Either way...no matter which side of the fence one wants to take, there is no denying that everybody likes a good mystery. Keep on keepin on...the truth is out there...perhaps on mars!

Reptoids?!
Reptoids are bad news! I hope they stay on Mars!

You have this passion an drive to WANT to find evidence of life on another planet, thereby using all and available tools you can get yours hands on.
Keep it up bruh, your good.

I'm surprised this rock made top headline.
My reasoning is this:
If there was an advanced civilization here in the not too distant past (i.e. not so distant that all the structures have eroded or crumbled, where some structures remain), then there should be more of it. If this alleged statue is made of rock, and still holds its shape, then other stone structures should still remain, and not just a few scattered about, but much more.
Also the alleged statue has too many non-symmetrical features in the vertical plane to qualify as a the head of a statue.

Doesn't look so much like it in the most recent photos:
