This is a call for an immediate, thorough, and independent investigation of Tulane University researchers and their Fort Detrick associates in the US biowarfare research community, who have been operating in West Africa during the past several years.

....The research program, occurring in Sierra Leone, the Republic of Guinea, and Liberia—said to be the epicenter of the 2014 Ebola outbreak—has the announced purpose, among others, of detecting the future use of fever-viruses as bioweapons.

....These researchers are working with other institutions, one of which is USAMRIID, the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, a well-known center for biowar research, located at Fort Detrick, Maryland.

What are US Biological Warfare Researchers Doing in the Ebola Zone?

Kenema, Sierra Leone, said to be the epicenter of the Ebola outbreak spilling over the borders into Guinea and Liberia, housed the research center apparently started with "a five-year $7,073,538 grant from the National Institute of Health." Seems there may also have been another lab in Nigeria.

Tulane University ran the show. The Tulane researchers have been working with USAMRIID, the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases ("a well-known center for biowar research, located at Fort Detrick, Maryland"), several other US universities and private corporations, including:

* BioFactura Inc., "The BioDefense, BioManufacturing, BioPharmaceutical Development Company,"
* Corgenix Medical Corp., and
* Autoimmune Technologies

West Africa's Ebola epidemic is quite unusual in several ways:

* There appear to be numerous epicenters, not just one as is 'natural', which suggests "interference" of some sort.

* Instead of remaining isolated in a remote area and burning out fast as other Ebola outbreaks have done, this epidemic spread quickly, into cities (never happened before) and still is out of control.

* Zaire Ebola fatality rates are usually about 90% - this one has a fatality rate of 60% and Doctors Without Borders (MSF) brought it down to 25% in at least one area.

ETA:

Of note, Guinea cancelled mining permits issued by the previous corrupt government earlier this year, and renegotiated for a whole lot more money with another corporate partnership, which not incidentally, included interests from China. Then surprise, surprise - the Ebola epidemic started near the research facitlities.

Looks like opportunity, ability - and motive.

Believe what you want, but from this information, they could easily be testing to try and develop a vaccine. I'll go one step farther and say they are most likely doing just that or the work would be more covert.

They have been there for years apparently. Funny how since they have been there that there is now the release of a deadly virus!

Someone might accuse them of creating it!

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have researchers in the place where these viruses originate? No so much more fun to think they have nefarious reasons that include population reduction.this witch is rolling her eyes. a reply to: soficrow

"They", are probably checking the results of their handywork, patting themselves on the back, and getting lots more funding for a vaccine they have had since they developed the virus.

It's absolutely a good idea to conduct research on diseases in the areas where they originate. Makes total sense. However, accidents happen. Also, when conditions change, very often strategies and goals change too.

More on China relations/context:

Threateni ng China: Influential Washington Think Tank Pushes US War Drive in the South China Sea

The CSIS has played a key role in the Obama administration’s ‘pivot’ to Asia. Their concrete recommendations for the provocative escalation of the US military encirclement and diplomatic isolation of China have been consistently carried out. A report on US policy in the South China Sea from the CSIS should be regarded as having semi-official status.

....The CSIS is pushing to couple this aggressive legal drive with increased military moves to tighten the noose around China.

The report called for the re-examination of the ban on the sale of lethal weapons to Vietnam. This would assist Vietnam in becoming “a credible deterrent against Chinese aggression.”

I have no doubt they were doing what they said - developing diagnostic tests. But to do that, you need infected hosts....

Accidents happen, goals can change - and sometimes the cowboys take over.

Thanks. ....People are now interested in Ebola and learning and sharing a lot about it. There are some great threads showing up on the topic.

Adding the military component in to control, research etc. kicks this conspiracy into a completely different dimension!

Also the increased danger of spreading and resulting infection of Ebola magnifies the more people involved. I expect soon to see other countries militaries making a presence in Africa.

Good post definitely makes me wonder thats for sure..Of course governments NEVER do anything like use its citizens as lab rats without their consent right. It goes back to when the first time people learned they could use diseases as a weapon care for a blanket with small pox on it... .It has been proven time and time again you can not trust governments or people on their payroll. You would be surprised at what people will do for money and power.

People said the US government would not infect people with a virus or disease.
Didn't the US government infect a bunch of people with Syphilis in Guatemala?
Im not saying that the US started this outbreak, but it would not be unheard of if they did.

(Assuming a cowboy with an agenda gave the order to spread the virus in those countries) What is your opinion on that? And with this questions I mean: motive and objectives.

The answer is easy.
Studying it.
Perhaps to cure it.
Perhaps not.

What are the odds the PTB would actually admit they want a population reduction........They openly say it. Joseph Moshe might have been telling the truth. Why would they just let him go after all that.

Have the PTB infected people in the past without them knowing it....YES. They have admitted to it. Ask yourself why would you put a lab in a third world country that is not secure? They could have easily studied this at a lab in the US. If it walk like a duck.......
