Both your links goes to the Gaza war so they are useless because the Gaza war happened a good six years after the Jenin Massacre. And evidence has shown there was a massacre there even though the numbers aren't truthful murder is still murder.
Jenin 'massacre evidence growing'
Prof Derrick Pounder, who is part of an Amnesty International team granted access to Jenin, said he has seen bodies lying in the streets and received eyewitness accounts of civilian deaths. The Dundee University expert said the Amnesty investigation has only just begun but Palestinian claims of a massacre were gaining foundation as the team continued its analysis. He said: "The truth will come out, as it has come out in Bosnia and Kosovo, as it has in other places where we've had these kinds of allegations.
"I must say that the evidence before us at the moment doesn't lead us to believe that the allegations are anything other than truthful and that therefore there are large numbers of civilian dead underneath these bulldozed and bombed ruins that we see."

Propaganda pure and straight.
This whole situation is as funny as a 300 Lb. monster tearing a little girl apart.
And some folks still attempt to smooth over the facts..

Isn't it funny though how Hamas was democratically elected by the Palestinians to run their government, only to be immediately labelled as terrorists and bombed and assassinated ever since? I swear the pre-9/11 definition of "terrorism" was violence used to destabilize political institutions. For example: targeted killing of Hamas officials, intentional bombing of public infrastructure, and mass-murdering civilians in the process to scare the Palestinians into thinking that Hamas cannot protect them so the Palestinian untermensch will submit to Israeli liebensraum programs if they want the indiscriminate killings to stop.

A 1 to 1 ratio is historically outstanding and must really frustrate Hamas and the rest of the militants as they hope for mass civilian casualties so they can enrich themselves further from aid collected around the world.
With new tech coming out in the world, guided bullets, drones, invisibility, the ratios will come down even further. Soon human shields will be obsolete.

Really? They hope there countryman get slaughtered to "enrich" themselves by receiving food and aid. If a real person can genuinely think this way, than perhaps Satan has a shot after all.
Please explain how a people can "enrich" themselves by having their infrastructure demolished, ports bombed and children killed in trade for penicillin and water. The world is all ears.
If anything it would show the desperation and plight of a people willing to sacrifice so much for food.

The leaders of Hamas are all millionaires, at the expense of the impoverished Palestinians.
The more conflict with Israel, the more their terrorist front charities collect throughout the world.

With this logic the 9/11 attacks were justified because of all the evil americans in the past few decades.

Why are you comparing Palestinian murders to a war. Its more like a turkey shoot. On one side we have a race with one of the largest illegal arsenals of atomic weapons in the world (Israel refuses to sign Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons), on the other side we have people with simple pipe bombs.
And trying to reinforce the morals of murder by comparing it to other murders is wrong.
All murders are wrong.
Stop it.
JERUSALEM — The call came to the cellphone of his brother’s wife, Salah Kaware said Tuesday. Mr. Kaware lives in Khan Younis, in southeast Gaza, and the caller said that everyone in the house must leave within five minutes, because it was going to be bombed.
A further warning came as the occupants were leaving, he said in a telephone interview, when an Israeli drone apparently fired a flare at the roof of the three-story home. “Our neighbors came in to form a human shield,” he said, with some even going to the roof to try to prevent a bombing. Others were in the stairway when the house was bombed not long afterward.
Seven people died, Mr. Kaware said, a figure also stated by the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza, which also said that 25 people were wounded. The Israeli military said that targeted houses belonged to Hamas members involved in launching rockets or other military activity, and that they had been used as operations rooms.
But the events on Tuesday were another example of a contentious Israeli policy in which occupants of a building about to be bombed or shelled are given a brief warning in Arabic to evacuate. The Israelis have used such telephone calls and leaflets for years now, in a stated effort to reduce civilian casualties and avoid charges of indiscriminate killings or even of crimes against the rules of war.
