This is the probably the biggest thing that NASA has said in a very long time, and that's all you have to say...that it's just another "scheme?"
Basically, today NASA came out and said "We think there is life on other planets."
This is disclosure. This is buttering people up for the truth. This is big. This is more than a "scheme."

Maybe on paper, but that relationship is so close that there is hardly any difference between the two. It has worked seamlessly with government from the beginning.
