I may be wrong, but I believe the NDAA made it legal once again to use "deceptive" tactics on US citizens.

In the end, it doesn't really matter. Most people will defend their network of choice based on political ideology and will refuse to be honest with themselves about the garbage they pedal. It's kinda sad really.

Sorry but this is nowhere close to being true. How many of the other networks went to court so they could have the right to lie to the public? FOX has been caught using fake videos and cutting and editing peoples words so many times it isn't even funny. Of course other networks does this as well but nowhere near the level as FOX. Look what FOX does when people start speaking the truth on their network they fire them. Take Glenn Beck for example he spoke out about the Fed Reserve and they couldn't fire him fast enough.

Unlike ABC during the pinto gas tank fire when they were sued by Ford for igniting the fire when the rear end crash was filmed, or NBC falsifying labels on expired meat in a supermarket, the George Zimmerman suit against NBC for libelous reporting by changing the report on his call into 911 the day it happened.

I always thought they were all the same, if there wasn't any news they will just make some up. Slant it right slant it left and hope you don't notice while they report.

if we are to have freedom of information it should be just that , information and facts let the people make up their own opinions not be spoon fed an opinion in such a way that its forced like a spike into your brain.

Or is Liberia just another wasteland in Africa with no real geopolitical advantage therefore it has no western intervention accept a UN peacekeeping force to appease the world and peacemakers.
Anyways we all know the reasons why these wars are happening because people want to make more money and have more power, it was the same with Germany how did it all start because one group wanted more than another and wanted more control over another group.

Why are we not killing these people instead , would the world be a better place if we just beheaded the leaders of international banking and their families?

Actually, Buster is correct. Many people either don't know or forget that in 2000 Saddam quit trading oil in dollars and went to Euros instead. One of the first things we did after the invasion was to switch transactions back to the dollar.

This news reporter however has stated this on air to millions so she wants a large group of people dead to fix a problem that was in part fueled by her own government which she has not acknowledged.
Shouldn't she just scream for the death of the bankers instead ?

Hey , its another fox network show ,discussing the Judge and brand , they said brand went on a 10 minute rant slating the judge and fox for disseminating propaganda
They then said yeh brand goto ISIS hang out with them and they will behead you quicker than you can say "arthur" his worst movie

it's kinda funny...you assert that we took out osama and saddam, so we could avoid embarrassment, and damage to our domestic and international public and political image....and so we could eliminate rogue assets, keep our secrets safe, and come off as heroes along the way...

the last two administrations have done a fine job of turning us into a nation that everyone wants to take a shot at....when WWIII happens, i'm pretty sure it's going to be the other nations of the world who ally against US.....and it will be the citizens who pay the ultimate price for the misdeeds of the government....not the "officials" who caused the problem in the first place....they'll be safe in bunkers, or on some beach somewhere, having long since fled the country, with bags of our money...

OPINION will always play a part in CHOOSING WHICH items to cover in a given news time slot; number of pages of print media . . . whatever.

And OPINION will always play a part in HOW such news events are described.

Was the color of the car hot pink, slightly hot pink, extremely hot pink or what? Opinion will influence that. Oh, sure, they could have a color frequency meter give the absolute color frequency of the spectrum . . . but that wouldn't communicate much to the average viewer, now would it.

The bottom line here is as far as I'm concerned neither the judge or Brand have done themselves favours. As I said before they are two sides of the same coin.
