Cops are rounding up people and putting them in camps? Cops are forcing people of certain ethnic groups to wear visible markers on their clothing? Cops are burning books? Cops are barring access to stores owned by people of certain ethnic groups?

The cops who were murdered by this guy simply responded to several calls about a heavily armed man wandering the streets. They did not deserve to die for attempting to protect the public.

You really do show a real sad aspect of this site. It's kind of pathetic really, but I guess when a site allows truly anonymous posting this is what you get. Why would you replace the word Police with Nazi? I guess if you are more inclined to break laws and hold society in contempt - not sure I can think of any other reason to tar everyone with the same brush, but then again, I'm not a keyboard warrior am I?

Do you people even know what a crime is? By definition a crime requires a victim, knowing that think about all the people in Canada and US sitting in a cage who NEVER EVEN COMMITTED A CRIME, cops are not innocent and therefore don't qualify for "victim" status.

The injustices and abuses at the hand of governments and their enforcers are out of control and there is no way to effectively deal with it WITHIN THE SYSTEM, their illusion of legitimate authority is dying and not a moment too soon.

LOOK AT THE STATE OF OUR WORLD we absolutely are in immediate danger from these stupid crooks and their warmongering masters, THEY ARE NAZIS you don't surrender to Nazis.

@invisibleowl The homeless are routinely rounded up when its inconvenient to have them in the street. Stop and frisk happens more and more and they consider profiling totally acceptable. Cops are people like you and I, they have families and making a living like the rest of us. I have family members in the police force (RCMP and local police) and I can assure you that they (cops) are not all corrupted. Policies from our governments are usually the source of our problems (taxes, gun laws, corruption, cover ups, etc) and most cops ( not all) follow orders and enforce laws. That being said, I live about 150 km from where this rampage is going on and I wouldn't hesitate one second to neutralize him if he ever showed up on my property. We had a serial killer here a few years back ( Alan Legere) and he was no good to society and was just out to harm others from childhood on. Just to show that it's not always a conspiracy but there are really some f'>ed up people on this earth. Don't mix apples with oranges. Btw my son is still stuck in that locked down zone in Moncton as he lives there and was to come home tonight.

This guy is a pro.
Shooting at police while at the same time he remained calm to group shots like this...

You think the bullet you get shot with makes a difference? Yes I agree that its mainly our fault for letting things get to this point if that's what you saying, which just proves my point that the change needs to and will come from outside the system but other than that there's no logic in what you just said.

I highly doubt it. The rumor has it around here that he mentioned (FB,TWEET ??) it would end in a big bang. Whatever that means. ???? I say he's looking to kill as many cops as he can before he's taken down.

There is a interview on the cbc as it happens show where they are talking with someone who tried warning one of the cops that the guy was about 10 feet behind him .He caught one in the neck and didn't make it .She told the cbc that it was about 4 hours before a ambulance showed up . We are ultimately responsible for whatever bad happens in a society. Nothing in life happens in a vacuum. There is always a reason.

Cops become bad? There's a reason. Greed? Possibly. Who failed to root them out? Their superiors? Who is responsible for the oversight of the police? It's not a hard question. Try answering it.

Need a hint? Look in the mirror. Go ahead, I'll wait. Just for fun, I'll go look in mine. We'll both see who's responsible, ultimately, for oversight of our govt. institutions. Or, rather, lack of same.
