Dusk has passed for Sep 9 at US West Coast. Perhaps dusk time instead? Maybe he got the location wrong, for example, it may not be a megaquake at US West Coast today but perhaps somewhere near Japan?

The 9th isn't over yet, but I doubt anything will happen. Then we have the 11th to look forward to.
