Beautiful, thanks for sharing this. There's nothing like seeing old black and white images in color.

I'm a big history buff and wish there was a way to capture precious moments from ages past, but thankful we have photographs of people and moments from the recent past.

the people , the cars, the buildings all gone all dead vanished ... life is so short. Its so strange , its like going back in time . Reminds me of my childhood days when we had no computer . went out to play . Watched cartoons only on Saturday and Sunday morning for 1 hour .

really amazing footage. kinda make my heart sink a little. in a way i long for those simpler times. i think people in general had more freedom in their lives back then. granted they don't have all the modern convenience we have today or all of the medical technology and advances, but still i would love to know what it was like back then first hand.

someone already mentioned this on the last page and i was thinking the same thing. what was the deal with that miniature little car?! it was like a hot wheels car but, a fully functioning miniature! i could only imagine how much it would go for on today's market if you had one of those and built it up to working condition. i also wonder how fast that little thing went, what size engine it had in it. overall very awesome video. i could watch hours of that kinda footage.

I loved how so many were looking at the camera like WTF is that thing? And others were simply showing off in front of it. the kids and people having fun were the best.
This shows Germany before Nazi times and that factor has a real beauty to it, with people proud of their nation and living very industrious lives.

It really shows how similar people are then and now. There's not much change in the individual person just going through their lifetime as they are today. Makes you wonder what people will think of our footage 100 years from now!
