The above is reported to be the actual video of Jay Carney when he got the news that he "resigned".

As for his resigning, what job does one pursue after you've already sold your soul and pride and principle?

He'll probably get a nice, cushy job heading up some magazine, or he'll go the Stephanopoulos route.

Writing a best selling expose' to line one's retirement pockets. Then doing a year long blitz on the talk show circuit to sell said book...

Yeah...that's the ticket...

We've not seen the last of toad boy.

Yup.. which is why I'm real good with accepting Obama is here to serve out his term as the law says ..and he can be pressured every day from this one to that, to flush the trash below him.

Even a person without scruples can only be asked to lie for someone else so much. I'm actually amazed he lasted as long as he did.

I wonder how long before he writes a tell-all book and cashes in on the scandal controversies.

I doubt he'll ever find employment lucrative enough to buy back his self-respect. Shaving is hard to do when you can't stand to look in the mirror...

Come on. We are living in a society where a celebrity murderer who gets acquitted can write a book titled If I Did It. Don't think for a second that Jay Carney couldn't have a successful book deal or be successful on the public speaking circuit.

Seriously though, when you replace one piece of poo with another piece of poo, the smell doesn't really change.

The only problem I have with that is there are things I think he's done that deserve real prosecution, and if he gets out of office, he pretty much becomes untouchable.

Now, THAT all depends on the diet of the pooper in question.

Obviously, I'm making a joke, and get your point.

Poo is poo, the source is always the same.

Good. I've never like that man. He has a knack for not answering a question and instead dancing around the issues. Good riddance.

Well..That is the first and most prominent bullet point on the Job Description for Press Secretary...

Problem is, are they not just going to get another person that is going to be the exact same as Carney? I mean same excrement different day right?

Another 12 year old boy? I hope not.

AN OPEN LETTER TO JAY CARNEY
So what do you say of an ex-reporter that decides to stand before the American people and lie to their faces? You have sold out your initial profession and your soul as an American citizen. How you live with yourself, lying to us and how your family has any respect for you is beyond me. If I acted as you have, basically a USA based "Baghdad Bob" I would get myself a good, stiff drink and eat a bullet. I have enough character that I wouldn't have insulted the country as you have, but I also have enough respect for myself that I wouldn't continue life as the legitimate target for ridicule. Good riddance...traitor, liar and patsy.

You may want to wake up to President Biden, but I sure don't..

That is probably why Obama picked Biden.

'Job security'.

No improvement either way.

A choice between dumber, and dumber.

I think it's just the opposite if it's legitimate, unless some fool pardons him and see Gerald Ford for how the public responds to that little stunt. Ford was basically a butt warming a chair after that, whether it was the right thing to do or not.

As a sitting President though, "All the President's men" is a real enough thing for any of them. See Reagan. The Office is to be protected at almost any cost (including the guy in it, if it gets that bad, which is what impeachment is for).

The thing is tho..It's not a political toy to play and it'll only ever get one shot. Obama will be more powerful if tried and failed. I don't see anything provable or even suggested strongly enough to try, based on anything known at this point. Not to that standard. Certainly not with the all or nothing stakes that would be.

Point taken... At least I don't have to purchase a copy.

Fully qualified, although decapitated.
