Ya know before we moved up here, My Zoe girl, was an indoor/outdoor. She hasn't once fussed to go out. LOL

Hope everyone is well,

I have been so busy with work and all. Tomorrow I have a day off. So I will come and spend some time with you all, and catch up.

Giving myself a pedi and mani tomorrow. So I will be stationary for at least a couple hours.

It's been raining alot so I haven't been doing any raking. But those leaves have been falling. Will be doing more raking tomorrow.

Morning Kat! All my cats were indoor cats. I found it safer and didn't have to worry about ticks and fleas and sticky plant material getting tangled in their fur, or them being stolen.

My day was good. I woke up after midday, then went to my buddies place to help her bleed her radiators, in preparation for the winter. Unlike myself, my besty is never warm enough, so during winter, her radiators are always set to "sauna". If they do not get the built up gas removed from them, pressure builds up in the heating system and air pockets develop, stopping the radiators from doing their job.

Releasing the pressure with the nuts at the side of each radiator did the trick, so now she's good and ready for winter, what with her already having salt for her steps and so on.

I tell you what though, for all that we were preparing my buddies place for winter today, it was very warm for this time of year all day!

You're a good friend. It was actually chilly here today. Like I said, one day the windows are open, the next the heater is on. LOL

Well, you do what you can for your people, right?

Its a good thing I went over, because those radiator valves were stiffer than one would wish, and she had a go at a few and could not shift a one of them.

We had leek and Wensleydale stuffed mushrooms and bacon after that, and watched some crappy television show while we were at it!

One thing we women need is a man around the house, or at least one that comes over once in a while. LOL

Wensleydale is a type of cheese, named for the region of Britain in which it was first produced. Its flavour is more subtle than that of a cheddar cheese, for example.

As for women needing a man about the house, it increasingly seems to me, that the only reason that any woman needs a man around the house these days, is because there are things which technology has yet to catch up with. For instance, radiator valves need to be redesigned so that they can remain locked in place, but are not total bastards to release when needed.

That said, it is nice to be able to help a buddy out with things now and again, and also nice to be reminded that I am not a completely obsolete life form, from time to time!

Used to need Mark to open some of those insanely tightly closed lids on jars, but I have this antique jar opener that opens many sizes. It has yet to fail me. Love that thing!

Man, I have been vaping e-ciggs instead of smoking. Driving me crazy.

Hi Night! I am here for a little while anyway. How are Ya?! Are you using the Vap's that you pour in your own liquids, or using the ready made type where you just put on the filter part that has the nico in it already? I haven't used the pour in your own yet, but am thinking of trying it out, someday. There are not very many types yet that I like, of the already made filter kind......

Ok, From wherever You all are on this planet, can You hear the Screams of almost Terror from Here?!?!? It is Just ME! My computer refuses to let me open more than one tab. It will freeze up for like 5 minutes each time I try. In FireFox, or InterNet Explorer. I cannot get Google Chrome to install on here. It says this piece of crap is too old, basically. I had it on this very same machine before, on another hard drive. So I have reasoned that it is this hard drive that is the source of my woes...... ( Going for the Shot Gun!!!)

Hiya Syx! Been having problems with the damned e-cigg thingy. The part that you pour the liquid in is so tight I can't open the damned thing. My nieces boyfriend could do it but tonight me nor Mark could do it. So maybe Teusday I'll get just a new one.
