Oh I love geese!! Which reminds me, between now and late November the Canadian geese will be leaving in groups. You can hear them honking up in the sky. I always say goodbye when they go. LOL It has been rather warm though and I haven't seen or heard any leave yet.

I am doing well with the driving lessons, but I expressly told my instructor that I do not want to learn how to pass the test, I want to learn how to drive, and how to drive well. I want to have as much experience as possible before I even get my test, let alone gain a license to drive, which is tantamount to wandering around brandishing a loaded gun on a hair trigger, in terms of how dangerous it can be.

I want to give myself, and other road users, the best possible chance of avoiding calamity, and knowing how dangerous it can be to be on the road, I feel it is only due diligence to make sure that not only am I as good as any person who has been successful in passing their test, but better than someone who has already been driving for two years, if I can. I instructed my teacher that I wanted him to forget the test, and concentrate on allowing me to become the best driver if can be, before I ever hit the road on the test.

The reason for this, is that I know that people are most likely to be involved in an accident, from a period of six months to a year, immediately after passing their test. I do not want to be in that demographic.

Hi gang. Sorry I haven't been around much. Work always keeps me very busy and some RL has been stressful recently. It is coming right slowly but taking energy which is running low at the moment. I've been visiting occasionally but not often enough to catch up on all goings on. I hope everyone is good. All I can say now is

Hey Mura...Good to see your doing OK. Being busy is a good thing I think, though yes, we all need a break now and again. And getting a handle on RL always puts me in a chipper mood. Oh, I know it will win in the end, but it feels good successfully navigating some of the bumps in life that are thrown our way.

Is Half-Term the same as Mid-Term here in the States?

@ True......................There is no substitute for experience bro, as I rode for years before passing my car test I was accutely more aware of my surroundings than others that had been driving for years. Saved me on more than one occasion.

Well, this is weird. Here where I live, on the very outskirts Cleveland, OH, the news is abuzz (I would term it "Freaking out") that the second case of Ebola here in the US was in Akron the day (I guess she stayed for a week with family) before she was admitted to the hospital.

While concerned of course, I can't help but shake my head at how all this is playing out. It's like right out of "The Stand", except in slow motion.

Man, this is rather scary. So she stayed a week with family members. That means the family members were all exposed and may have it themselves and then everyone that they themselves came in contact with and so on. I can see how easily this can spread like wildfire. I'm surprised it hasn't already.

For the first time in my life, when I was out with Linda yesterday, I saw someone walking around with one of those paper doctor mask thingies. Linda said, "Oh yeah I've seen others with them too."

hey true..i am doing so so..my knee is still hurting..my wrist also still hurts..i did find out that when they stitched my knee they didnt get the stitches tight enough now there is going to be a big hole in my knee...they did it so wrong....syx can tell you more about it then me..as i dont under stand it all..we went to 2 different hospitals on my knee..we have also taken pictures of my knee..as we are thinking about a law sue against the first hospital that did this...they were very rude to me and didnt even care..telling me its all my fault so what if it was my fault they didnt have to keep telling me that...i didnt even want to go to the hospital in the first place..so they did it against my will...again syx can tell more..as i dont care if its shared i have nothing to hide...i hope every thing is going good for you true..please take care..
