During a 65-minute lunch, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso pressed Obama to step up U.S. gas exports, but he responded bluntly in telling the Europeans they needed to take politically difficult steps to develop their own resources.

LOL
Read a book sir/lady. You have huge lack of knowledge in the Greek matters such as politics and history, yet you discuss and refer an opinion about subjects you obviously have no idea about. Please read again my last lines of my OP. Stop humiliating yourself and base your sayings/claims on facts. It would be good for you.

It seems you don't have a grasp on Greek history yourself, as I'm sure you won't acknowledge the countless non-greeks who were part of population exchanges after annexation of Macedonian land in 1913.

If we are slavs, then I'm afraid so are you
The country's name derives from the Greek Μακεδονία (Makedonía),[13][14] a kingdom (later, region) named after the ancient Macedonians. Their name, Μακεδόνες (Makedónes), is cognate to the Ancient Greek adjective μακεδνός (makednós), meaning "tall, slim". It was traditionally derived from the Indo-European root *mak- meaning 'long' or 'slender', but according to modern research by Robert Beekes both terms are of Pre-Greek substrate origin and cannot be explained in terms of Indo-European morphology.[15]

I finally found it!
I believe you all remember the visit of Barack Obama to Brussels in March 2014. There Obama and the EU discussed about the Ukraine's crisis, about their combined position against Russia and about the need of Europe to stop being strongly dependent of the Russian gas.
Here is a link with the summary of the conversations between the two sides:

Notice the part where it says
During a 65-minute lunch, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso pressed Obama to step up U.S. gas exports, but he responded bluntly in telling the Europeans they needed to take politically difficult steps to develop their own resources.
telling the Europeans they needed to take politically difficult steps to develop their own resources
Wait a minute! Europe has its own gas resources and we didn't know it?
Of course it does, and these gas resources are the ones that are placed in the Eastern European and Israeli sea borders, exactly as i showed in the OP.
I heard that on the news back on March but i was unable to find it on an online source. Thankfully i have now find it and i give to you to give a more spherical idea of what i am trying to show you.
