Thanks for those details. We have 3 people inside tasked with making pronouncements. How many others were inside attempting to save lives? The assumption would be that there are mass casualties and the place would be crawling with paramedics, right?
I noted in the documents you supplied that one paramedic was interviewed by 4 police officers with 2 lawyers present. Maybe this is S.O.P., but it stuck out to me. Are there similar documents detailing interviews done with the presumably dozens of others who were in that school in an effort to save lives?
Again, you wouldn't presume that everyone was dead and only send in a few people to check for vitals, would you? Wouldn't you assume that there were lives to save and send in as many qualified people as possible to accomplish this task? And as quickly as possible, as time is of the essence in a shooting incident.
