Yes. If we are talking gene manipulation, I would like to have the ability to fly, and harden my flesh into armor if necessary. I would also like to be able to spit acid a distance of one hundred feet, and grow large, tough, bone claws from my fingernails. While we are at it, I would also like to be able to ramp up my bioelectric feild and discharge it through my palms.

God, the list is endless. And by the way... I do not think any of us ought to be able to have our ideal biomods! Can you imagine the carnage? I have. It is not pretty!

This site has MANY highly intelligent members. I do not consider you to be one of them.
Apologies to the OP for the drifting of this thread.

I have the ability to verbally annihilate you, but choose not to.
My opinion of your involvement in this (and multiple threads) is something that T&C's prevent me from expressing.
Please be aware that our communication is now finished, and I will not be responding to you.

I'm sorry I'm late to the period party.

I actually think most men are really nice and considerate about it. Or maybe I'm just lucky to have great men in my family.

My husband has 4 sisters.
He's not ashamed to go to the pharmacy for me.

He gets headaches sometimes, then it's my turn to take care of him.

I think it comes down to how the relationship is.

To the OP: If you love them, you'll try to understand how uncomfortable and sometimes really painful it can be.

To jacygirl
Twins?
You are one tough cookie, you rock!

I see 2 groups of people fighting for caring.
The OP feel bothered by his families forced him to care themselves.
You and the OP's families feel "GOOD“people must be care yourself.

Therefore ,in your moral system, good people must be treat you good.

Pure self-interest.

Hey Rainbow!!
I agree, most of the men I've known have been quite thoughtful and considerate regarding this topic.

To the ones who aren't, I just tell them that PMS stands for Potential Murder Suspect, and then twitch one eye.
They usually back off, lol.

Seriously though, I don't have testicles...and have never had them kicked. But I've seen a man drop to his knees, so I assume it's horribly painful. I can have sympathy for their pain, without experiencing it myself.
A little compassion can go a long way with either gender.

I was trying to explain to my son yesterday that a good woman takes her man and convinces him that he is better than he really is, then makes him be that person. It is a constant process, and I have undergone this for 20 some odd years. Any more, I honestly feel like I can do anything, no matter how difficult or complicated. It is because of that little 4ft 11in Mexican woman that I love so much whispering in my ear every time I feel self doubt. Or pointing out to me my accomplishments.

I am just oilfield trash that she has polished up and put in an office.

Oh, you are too humble.

And she does sound like a gem.

I keep encouraging my man , and telling him he's on the right path.
And he does the same for me.

Back on topic. I thank his sisters and mother a lot for shaping him into this care bear he has turned out to be. It's mostly because of them.

I know we gals can get moody, and eat more chocolate, but let's be honest, we can't help it, it's hormonal.
Last month I got teary eyed at a cat food commercial.
All my husband said was: "Yes, it's a cute cat. Are you getting your period soon?"

I love him.

bfft...you were NEVER trash hun!
It takes a great man to appreciate and return the love and respect of a good woman.
Sounds like your son has two wonderful role models....he is lucky indeed.

Keeping on topic lol...I believe that two people who live together should support each other. If a man knows that his woman experiences 'symptoms' during her cycle, he should know not to take it personally.
Ever lived with someone who is constipated? Bitchy and miserable doesn't even begin to describe it.
Anyone who is enduring physical/mental/emotional pain needs kindness and understanding. Period.

Well, on that note...

The Experienced mature Males have learned how to deal with the 'Monthly visitor'

1.) Don't show any fear, They can sense it

2.) Stay either Neutral or out of the line of fire.

3.) Back away slowly, no sudden moves.

Good luck and Godspeed men

That's the way dealing with wild animals attack on textbook.
