Or if the angels are a type also of our mind (woven with cherubim). The reason the law is so dichotomous is that the filter of our mind is also
dichotomous, and until the veil is taken away we cannot see the glorious light in its full radiance. Its kind of like a prism, that splits the light
into the rainbow (7 colors, 7 days of creation… of the New Man, 7th feast is tabernacles/word becomes flesh/two shall become one).
Men are called angels very often in the bible, as angel means messenger. In this instance of the law given through mediators we are speaking of Moses
I believe. Notice Moses had to put on a veil when he came down from the mountain, he puts the veil over his face to cover the glory. The glory is
the word for horns in hebrew. The horns of an ox, an ox is the head of the cherubim according to ezekiel (one time its called ox, the other cherub).
2 cor 3
12Therefore having such a hope, we use great boldness in our speech, 13and are not like Moses, who used to put a veil over his face so that the sons
of Israel would not look intently at the end of what was fading away. 14
But their minds were hardened; for until this very day at
the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains unlifted, because it is removed in Christ. 15But to this day
whenever Moses is read,
a veil lies over their heart; 16
but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17Now the Lord is the
Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18But we all,
with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the
glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.
I used red for moses the ministration of death/adam/red/blood vs. the ministration of Life/Christ/Green/Tree of lIfe
'member the mountains? Moses died in the wilderness (did not enter in to promised land/paradise through the veil of cherubim) on the mountain of the
scribe/mediator god Nebo. Jesus was transfigured on the mountain of the mediator god Hermes. The word that Paul uses above for being transformed
into the image. Is the word used for transfigured.
Moses is a symbol of the realm of death, the greatest man among them, like John the Baptist who was beheaded (lost his carnal mind) the last prophet
of the Old. The old man, John lived in the wilderness, and was covered in skins/ dead animals/sacrifices, just as the tabernacle in the wilderness
had an outer fur covering. Jesus on the other hand, the HEAD of the body/tabernacle/new man, wore a garment that was seamless.
Gotta run
Got back in time to finish my thoughts
Heb 12
18For you have
not come to a mountain that can be touched and to a blazing fire, and to darkness and gloom and whirlwind, 19and to
the blast of a trumpet and the sound of words which sound was such that those who heard begged that no further word be spoken to them. 20For they
could not bear the command, “IF EVEN A BEAST TOUCHES THE MOUNTAIN, IT WILL BE STONED.” 21And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said,
“I AM FULL OF FEAR and trembling.” 22
But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem,
and to myriads of angels, 23to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the Judge of all, and
to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, 24
and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks
better than the blood of Abel.
Just before this passage, it speaks of Esau(the hairy/red one/who lived in the wilderness) Esau=Edom, Edom is the exact word Adam. The man of dust (1
corinthians 15).
Sinai/Nebo are in the wilderness. Zion/Hermon are in the promised land, and Hermon is paradise, it is the mountain of the gods, as you know its also
called zion. Check out this cognate of zion the place
