Communism is, in my opinion, in no way synonymous with harmony.

The only way it could ever be harmonious is if every one participating in the system agreed to it voluntarily. This is what communes are. And, people could freely leave or join as they chose.

However, communism as implemented in the real world is not like that. It is imposed by force from the top down, and people are forced to participate and often not allowed to leave freely. So there is no harmony at all and lots of death and brutality as people are compelled into a system that brutalizes them.

It doesn't necessarily have to be the parents that are to blame for people's racism. Friends can also have a major influence as well.

I would love to hear the story of what happened in WW2 from both sides. The winners and the losers. There are two sides to every story.

Yes, but I would rather get the German perspective from the average German. Hitler was crazy and built one of the most powerful cults of personality around himself the world has ever seen. The German people are the ones to tell that side of the story.

History didn't happen exactly how we've been told.

i don't know what this doc is about but there are great deals of (forbidden) evidence that :

* hitler was put in power by the banksters (modern zionist jew for most of them)
* hitler was governing hand in hand with the zionist
* hitler was in business with the bush family, ibm & others during the war (and they've even invented monsanto)
* people died in camps, not jews
* the jews that died in camps were the orthodox old school anti-zionists one (the memory & history of what was judaism - those that were disallowing the zionist to take over judaism to go on with their agenda)
* every other western gouvernment and the vatican knew all along about mass killings in the camps and they did nothing.

hitler is not the gratest story ever told, he was just another puppet, since then he might however be the greatest scapegoat ever made.

Well if it was a hoax it still caused the death of thousands and thousands of Palestinians. And I don't like to be in this train of thought but when the Jews went to Israel there was no prophet with them. It was horrible being born into the world seeing this

Do you believe that the Holocaust was a hoax, or do you not?

Hitler actually did some great things that is forgotten about. He was a champion for womens rights, animal rights, an astout artist, and brought a nation on the verge of poverty to be the most powerful nation in the world. Under his watch modern medicine ans science came to be. Before the western world was allowing women to vote or work, Hitler was. Before the western world had any concept of animal abuse, Hitler was making it illegal to kick your dog. When we were still all buying our Marlboros strait from our doctors, Hitler was telling his people cigarettes were bad for their health. The German economy was in the toilet when Hitler took power, but within a few years he had managed to reverse that and even conquer most of Europe.

Unfortunately, Hitler took the whole "war is hell" phrase a little too literally and will never be remembered for the good things he achieved, only for the atrocities that were committed under his watch.

Not really. It's pride. You are equating patriotism with jingoism. There are differences.

Also, racism need not apply. How can a belief that the US is a good place be racist? The US encompasses a plurality of races and that's part of why it used to be the best. If you have a country comprised of white, black, brown, red, yellow and their various offspring both pure and mixed, there's precious little racism involved in thinking it's a good country compared to some others. It's logically inconsistent to point at one country and say, "We're better than you because all your people are X when we have X in our country, too." The racism angle doesn't fly.

No, I wouldn't want to live in one.

I don't like people. It's enough that I have my family, but even spending time around my extended family grates on my nerves after a day or two. The level of social interaction required in a commune would make me crazy. I need a lot of privacy and time to myself and communal living is the antithesis of that.

No, I wouldn't want to live in one.

I don't like people. It's enough that I have my family, but even spending time around my extended family grates on my nerves after a day or two. The level of social interaction required in a commune would make me crazy. I need a lot of privacy and time to myself and communal living is the antithesis of that.

Aw well I won't take that as an insult, though regardless of what you think I'll consider you my close family. If you were all there was I think you'd like even a slow mans company.
