There's been another charge in this case, a juvenile has been charged with Ethnic Intimidation:

A 16-year-old has been charged with assault and ethnic intimidation in connection with the beating of Steve Utash.

The teen, who is in custody as a juvenile, will appear at the Wayne County Juvenile Detention Center on Saturday for a hearing. Ethnic intimidation is commonly referred to as a hate crime.

It is what it is, I've never been a fan of charges being based on race in any way but that's the latest.

Don't you realize it's only considered a hate crime if it were whites as the perps beating up a black? Since the victim is white the liberal establishment sugar-coats it as ethnic intimidation.
