How about the connection between a new tech syatem, motorola, Iridium and Israel?
Seems like the connecrions are all quickly making themselves visible.

Iridium Communications?
Motorola?
Some passengers were apparently of a certain tech firm?
Apparently the aircraft is now and was someone elses property according to this link

Motorola has a connection to Iridium and a thread I have wrote here on ATS ( start from the last page its easier) lol

Is someone planning on getting rid of black boxes and replacing them with live streaming through the use of a satellite constellation that has complete coverage of our planet?

No, it just feels that way, because as usual ATS is 50 steps ahead of any MSM. It either shows how inept they are or intentional stupidity they present themselves to be. Unless of course CNN was right all along and the plane flew into a black hole created by extraterrestrials.

Yes, and hopefully we don't learn its whereabouts via it flying into NY packed neatly with nuclear weapons made by the USA but "brought" to us by them evil Muslims over there in Iran!

my point being, somany indepth and far fetched theories, why is this the one that get labeled a hoax literally right off the bat? maybe the original source was doctored and made to be looked at as a hoax?
I know it seems far fetched to shove a cell where the sun dont shine but think about it, if u r being held hostage and or your plane was highjaked/life in danger i think many of us with with a good common sence would of done the same? now as the part where sirie cant add quotation marks and such? If my old ass crappy smart PO hone adds them upon saying the actual mark, im sure an iphone can as well...

Plane crashed in to sea people died. Nearly as rabid as the chinese who were going to go on a hunger strike. no one watched 'air crash investigators'? planes can crash for any number of reasons.

Now that it is officially classified as a criminal investigation they'll finally look in Pakistan where it's been all along.

So the Malaysian cops now say it's a criminal investigation? And who are they going to try to get information from ... the Malaysian Gov't which runs the Malaysian airlines and is depending on that airlines to continue service without interruption. The Malaysian gov't has lied and mislead and been so inept .. how can anyone believe anything they say?

How in the heck have they quickly come to this conclusion???

So all passengers are cleared, and the crew is the focus of the criminal investigation?

Yet, they haven't ruled out mechanical problems?

Can anyone think of a scenario where both a crime committing crew and mechanical problems are correlated with a crash or disappearance?

Perhaps someone can set me straight here, but it is my understanding that for a case to be labeled a criminal investigation there must be some proof of a criminal act....without such proof there would be no reason to label it as such. Correct?

Isn't that convenient that they threw this little tid bit in there?

Is that a fact, because the reasoning seems like speculation to me?

My opinion, which also is speculation, is that they shot this plane out of the sky.

Hence the "only could have been taken down with someone at the controls" comment.

Boeing responded appropriately in their 3 March, 2007 announcement in London, UK that Boeing did have BOEING UNINTERRUPTIBLE AUTOPILOTS deployed.

Due to the responsible admission by Boeing, I did not serve that case as I retooled a Civil Case that was Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) FIELD MCCONNELL v. ALPA Filed in September, 2008.

The Judge who dismissed this case had never heard the details of the illegal modifications and I believe she, like you, have been victims, after the fact, of a FRAUD UPON THE COURT that had the potential to make 5 HULL LOSSES not to have occurred. Those hull losses were Adam Air 574, Kenya Airways 507, Air France 447, Sukhoi Superjet 100 and now, sadly, MH370.

This could be his motivation for saying that:

"the carrier is not liable if he proves that the damage was occasioned by negligent pilotage"

So by blaming the pilot, they evade liability under the Warsaw convention. I can't say I agree with this stipulation of the Warsaw convention because the pilots work for the airline and the airline is responsible for selecting, training, and evaluating pilots on their fitness for duty, so how can they be relieved of liability for "negligent pilotage"? That makes no sense to me, but that's what it says, and that would give the prime minister motive to blame the pilot prematurely.

I'm open to the possibility of the pilot being responsible, but it's just one possibility among many at this point.

I agree that it is very unlikely the plane crashed in the middle of nowhere. Only speculation at this point, but CIA-Diego Garcia connection seems like the best guess so far. There is part of me, that does go out on a limb in my thinking. One avenue I've skipped down in this story, does involve the possibility of the Malaysian Gov't being complicit in diverting the plane to an unknown destination, due to people with the knowledge of cutting edge technology being on board.

Then the U.S. possibly being involved in shooting down the plane to keep that technology out of certain hands. A convoluted thought, I know. But it has crossed my conspiracy bent mind. Along with so many other possible scenarios.

One thing I do feel in the depth of my being. The Malaysian Gov't is NOT telling the truth. What plays out from that, we'll have to wait to see.
