Hello Mr. Ventura,

Just something I noticed, but would be curious of your take on it. It seems that most people with former military careers that later serve in public office come from the officer ranks rather than enlisted. (And not counting those that transitioned up across ranks either.) Some may say that better suits them to administrative roles in terms of experience, but to me it seems like it could also be said that many of these people were in position of making decisions while never really getting their hands dirty. (That's not to speak bad of all Officers. In my brief experience, I've seen it go both ways. Sometimes you could almost tell from morale as to whether the top brass only demanded or actually earned the respect of their subordinates. And this doesn't mean being soft or wishy-washy on people either, more like giving a benefit of doubt regardless of rank and even personally stepping in to make sure things get done when necessary.)

So is this phenomena more than a percieved thing, and is it for better or for worse when we see people transition from military to other aspects of government? Politics as usual?

Given that the US government is a akin to watching a train-wreck in slow motion, what, in your opinion, is the best advice you can offer us all (US and non-US citizens) to prepare for the surveillance/police state and apparent emergence of the NWO.

Its an honor to be able to ask you a question Mr. Ventura.

I was wondering what you think about the idea to collectively stop paying federal taxes to an out of control government. Its the only non violent means of protest I can think of that would make an impact and get lawmakers attention. I don't know if there is a movement for that or if it has been discussed, just crossed my mind one day. I think the gov. understands that it could cause quite a problem and that is why IRS workers were being trained to use fire arms.

Anyway, thank you for your time and all that you do to help society.

First off Governor I'd like to thank you for all your contributions.

My question is of a personal nature. When the USA first started to implement the digital converter boxes to replace Antenna television something extraordinary happened to me and two friends of mine.

Periodically and seemingly random, a black rectangle would appear on my television screen. It would stay there perfectly centered taking up about 40% of the screen for completely random periods of time. This happened thousands of times. But, one time something terrifying occurred.

We were hanging out talking politics in the middle of the afternoon, TV was on in the background and once again the mysterious black rectangle graced us with it's presence. We continued on with our conversation as usual and then it happened. I rember we specifically were making fun of the reverend Al Sharpton. I don't rember exactly what we were saying but then, we all stopped. In bold font, in all capital white letters, inside the black rectangle were the words "SHUT UP!!!!!" Followed by those 5 explanation points. It was at this moment that we all experienced a sort of turning point, the point where we couldn't turn back from our beliefs in government spying and other corruption.

So, my question Governor, is What or who would you say caused that message to appear on my TV screen?

How do you feel about the closing of the borders between the US and Canada?
We are Canadian and we now need a passport to cross the bridge just to have an ice cream cone.
We used to just walk over to have a fun afternoon.
Now you cannot do the walk thing and you cannot enter without a passport or an enhanced drivers license.

Strict times indeed and for what I ask?
What is this all about in your opinion?

If it is, it's a very bad one! I love Jesse Ventura and so many great questions have been asked.

Folks, Springer said around 7 central which is a half hour from now.

Once the "The Body" logs on, he'll need time to read through the many questions and start answering them. Be patient.

I've been following your work for a few years, and I've gotta say I love your style. Though you're likely the most vocal and clearly criticized in this field, you always maintain your character and composure, which is a breath of fresh air.


I am a Canadian citizen and a former member of the Canadian Forces. I'd like your perspective as to where our country stands in the distorted scheme of things.

I've been following the freak show for a long time, and have been itching to play my part and help make things right in whatever way I can.

Could you give me some advice as to what I should do? Honestly if I could I'd be right there beside you, exposing the corruption.

Hello Jesse, I still remember you from the good ole' days of wrestling, what a different world it was!

I didn't know you were considering a presidential run. Given all the negative connotations being on a site dedicated to conspiracies might direct toward you in a candidacy and having taken part in your tv shows, also related to such topics. What would you have to say to your opponents when being attacked for such participation. As you know quite well media/people tend to make use of these topics as a scapegoat for personal assassinations, especially when running for office?
