My name is Stan Friedman.I have been investigating UFOs since 1958. Ask Me Anything

I am not sure if Mr Friedman has been asked these questions and I don't know if I will be lucky enough to have them answered but here goes.

1. What is your take on the Military Industrial Complex hold on advanced technologies that in particular would benefit mankind. And why all the secrecy on UFOs after 50 years? Is there a terrible truth that Mankind is simply not ready to absortb, oh I dunno, no life after death, that sort of thing.

2. I am currently reading up a fascinating book on Von Braun, the Nazi rocket scientist. Braun spoke of UFOs. Do you think the Nazis had ET contact? I am thinking of the Alberran (wrong spelling I know) Landing back in the late 1930s in some woodland. Was Braun trying to warn/disclose of their existence?

I in many ways am a nuts and bolts guy but I have long said that I expect aliens would know a lot more about the "paranormal " than we do ..telepathy, reincarnation, spiritual etc.I think many good people can't imagine how aliens could get here so fall back on time travelers, spirit, etc. I worked on fission and fusion propulsion R and D programs and have long recognized that technological progress comes from doing things differently in an unpredictable way. the future isn't an extrapolation of the past. In my book "Science Was Wrong" with kathleen Marden we provide many examples of very smart people saying things were impossible that were actually achieved fairly soon. Astronome r Simon Newcombe ruled out flight 2 months before the Wright Borthers first flight. The British astronomer Royal said space travel was utter bilge a year before Sputnik was launched.

My question is;

There are many reports of UFOs morphing into different shapes or simply disappearing without seeming to move. I have seen this happen myself. Are these UFOs interdimensional or using cloaking devices?

Now my question is this given the wealth of evidence that NASA imagery may often have been tampered with, would you consider it a possability that there may be evidence that the advanced vehicle's may have originated within the solar system or from a previous civilisation within the solar system even if that is no longer present here.

Thank your for your time sir and I understand a definitive answer can not be given and you are probably well aware of this image and several other's but?.

Mr. Friedman --- In relation to interstellar flying saucer propulsion...what's your views on the feasibility of a black hole propulsion unit that uses photons for fuel; and can such a unit propel itself to the speed of light barrier and beyond into the superluminal realm?

Well well talk about going on the attack.

As a SCEPTIC who believes in life elsewhere in the universe, but is fairly certain Mog from Zog does not visit here, what is your opinion on the vast really vast bulk of BS on this subject on the web, youtube in particular, and as a person who has been an active amatuer photographer for 30+ years when I seen glaring misconceptions of what people think they see in pictures/video from people even as highly educated as you because they don't actually understand photography/video digital imaging or optics what are your thoughts.

I have given several reason for the coverup already. I am sure Von Braun would have been consulted after Roswell .He was based at Fort Bliss.. a true rocket technological expert. and certainly wouldn't have violated security since he was subject to deportation. I think the Nazis were of course looking at many different kinds of advanced propulsion. If they had been successful ,I certainly think they would have used the new systems in the war.There is a very large difference between artist's concept and photographs and sketches.I hoppe to get the book about Von Braun. Carol Rossin who worked for him has written about nhis interests

I am convinced on the basis of research..my own and that of People like Dr. Bruce Maccabee, Dr. James E McDonald, Dr. Peter Sturrock, Dr. J. Allen Hynek etc.etc as well as Ted Phillips work on Physical Trace cases, Kathleen Marden's work on UFO abductions etc.

I will be sure to research in to the above story tellers. I say story tellers because it really is just a story, their word for you to believe and/or make your mind up on correlation of said story tellers.

Q: If you have never experienced first hand the sightings or interaction of UFO's or Aliens then don't you think you are susceptible/influenced/manipulated to believing such " Stories "?

I have read many, many such stories every day here on ATS [and other websites] that 99% of the time they are believable. I say believable because a good fiction tale can perceive our thought process to " Believe " in stories. Hence the reason In asking you about personal experience.

I have had a good read throughout your website and have watched numerous videos on your talks and interviews however, not one thing is concluded on personal experience and only hearsay.

I then conclude, Am I then to believe in the bible?

Afterthought, Springer, In many cases Questions can be short and to the point. In many cases answered questions create more thoughts, more thought creates questions, some short, some longer. In both cases, a thought needs to be described to be understood. Though I do understand where your coming from

Hello Stan, Welcome aboard. Curious...do you have any opinions or advice to give a person who has had ET experiences through out most of their life. Examples being missing time, remembering playing with ETs as a small child, having received healings or psychic gifts (after abductions or meeting up with them). It was quite a regular thing when I was younger but not as much now (late 50s). Now, most of my experiences are in "feeling" them close or them observing in things I see. I guess what I am saying is that experiences are "through me", not "about me". The source has always been kind and has protected me in many situations. Your thoughts? Also, any thought on living in multiple dimensions in multiple times or at the same time?

I'm interested in Paul Bennewitz case. Do you have any insight on that? What do you think really was going on in Kirtland AFB with the hoovering lights that caught on tape. What about the so called energy balls inside Bennewitz house that also Richard Doty claimed he saw? What do you think about Phil Schneider? Could he's story have been true? And last, what is your opinion on cattle mutilations?

I lived in Pittsburgh from 1966 to 1969 and have known Stan Gordon since then.I think he has done a splendid job.Leslie Kean has also made a major contribution. Good example of coverup.

First thing Mr. Friedman, it's an honor sir. Thank you for taking the time to answer questions here on ATS.

Now down to the nitty gritty.

Have you ever ran across any information that could lend credibility that we may be a food or energy source for another race of beings? Maybe we are allowed to grow in numbers only to be harvested or reduced in population every few thousands of years? Maybe this could explain seemingly missing history and entire races of humans that seemed to just disappear.

It's a dark theory I've been slowly piecing together. One which I can't seem to dismiss. Have you ever given this any thought?

Mr. Friedman I have to run, I was hoping you could answer my question from the bottom of page 4 but I understand if you missed it or if it is not something you care to speak on.

Either way I just wanted to say how much I appreciate you taking the time to answer all the questions you have today, and I will make sure to read the rest of the thread when I get a chance.

Travis Walton described a being on the saucer he was taken on board as looking just like us. And I have heard stories like that. But I don't know whether these are hybrids or co workers. After all we could have been somebody's colony so have a common ancestry. Maybe a penal colony.??. they dumped all the bad boys and girls here and that is why we are so nasty to each other. Of course Australia was settled by convicts... they seem proud of it.

that's funny I made the same point a few days back when someone suggested we were a prison planet. Australia seems to have recovered from its bad roots so I guess there's hope for the planet.

By quarantine do you suggest they keep us earthbound or solar system bound?

Thanks that's kinda what I was thinking myself. When I look at the big coverups that is one that sits right up there beside Roswell as being blatant. I also believe it is in the older cases that we can find the most answers because of the means people had to coverup or fake such events in those times was minimal.

If I may aside from the already discussed cases here what would you say would be another good case to look at from before lets say 1970?

Hello Mr. Friedman. I have attended some of your lectures in the past. One thing that particularly remained with me was when you were asked what you knew about the Reptilians. You seemed very unnerved by the question and did not answer. Could you please tell us now what you know about the Reptilians. Have you ever spoken with Timothy Good about the subject ? as he stated that they are/were in control at area 51.
