The forces of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) are currently negotiating the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from the city of Mariupol, self-defense leader Andrey Borisov said, according to UNN news agency. “Right now we are negotiating to have them leave the territory, we don’t want to use force against them, we don’t want bloodshed,” Borisov said. He said the DNR has already organized a strong power unit that can fight “the military without any resistance on their part," adding that "we can destroy their armored vehicles and everything else.”

Here the Ukrainian military left behind a stalled APC and locals started raiding it for stuff and actually fired it. This lead to an old man being injured.

Separatists were already removed from Mariupol there is no negotiation the local people took back the buildings and removed the barricades. So not sure how they can negotiate when they were kicked out.

not sure where did you get your info from but this is from Mariupol, joining declaration made by resistance forces&police on the protection of Mariupol as a part of DPR from Junta forces

This is pro-junta PR from NYT; in reality oligarch Akhmetov called for junta's forces to pull out of Mariupol, and Republic's representative agreed co-sign the deal. Mariupol is far from strategic Slovyansk region, so both junta and militia do not want to waste resources in dealing with Mariupol.
