The site The Interpreter Mag points out that there is a somewhat official confirmation of the news about leaflets regarding Jews:

In an interview with Ukrainian press, Pushilin confirmed that the flyers, marked with the emblem of his organization, were really distributed in Donetsk. But unlike various English translations, in the original interview with Ukrainian media, Pushilin not only rejected the content of the flyers, but also denied that his organization was behind their printing. “Some idiots yesterday were giving out these flyers in targeted areas,” he said, claiming that he had never himself used the “people’s governor” title the flyer bestows on him. Pushilin did not suggest who else may have been handing out the anti-Semetic flyers, but went on to criticize the original site for posting it online.

Has anyone been able to confirm that Russia has in fact started telling people in E / S Ukraine to stop and turn in weapons?

if that's true then its being done with a nod and a wink.

Russia is using the camera to win this and will sit back and record as these "Terrorists" get killed, hell you even get a $10,000 reward if you point the finger and hand someone in.

Once Russia has collected the proof it needs then it will invade to protect the "Terrorists" and the Ukraine will be split in two I thinks.

Only days after people sat at home, did nothing were they told that wages were being cut by over 60%, Pensions halved, so and so on and after that I would vote to join the Muslim Brotherhood to change things back to how they were before so the west is going have to stump up some real cash later just to hold on to the north of the country.

They are talking something in Geneva doing something else on the ground.

Is it just me that's reminded of the agreement made between Neville Chamberlain and Hitler after the latter annexed czechoslovakia?

The way I see it is that the agreement still gives Russia an "out" as far as invading goes as it all hinges on the "pro-Russian" forces giving up their positions and weapons, if they don't, and Kiev pushes the offensive, Russia gets their pretext.

Russia's involvement is admitted by Putin. To stir the pot to the point of "pro Russians" arming themselves and attacking / seizing government buildings only to warn Ukraine to not use force to subdue the "protestors".

This is the part that confuses me. Its not the cold war anymore so why does Putin think the propaganda they push is going to be accepted and believed?

Well a week ago i would have agreed but as i look into russias financial troubles they are trying to find a way out. Even with Russia denying it the sanctions are hurting Russia bad and this was a limited sanctions they were talking a second round if Russia didnt negotiate. When you finance minister threatens to sue the US in the WTO the sanctions are hurting.

The Ukrainian delegation actively participates in pitching in Geneva. Russian Agency Itar Tass gives false information, based on dubious sources.

My only curiosity is I wonder if Obamma is regretting trying to have closer ties to Russia. See i was thinking his closer ties with russia, you know the whole reset thing allowed Putin to get to know him and part of the reason this is happening is because he knows him to well.He figured out Obama doesnt make the tough calls he waits for others to than plans.Just like this Ukraine thing hes waiting for Europe to make the calls than he acts. Id say hes almost a puprt of the EU at this point.

I think you answered you own question.

Mr Putin looks like a statesman, needs no scripts unlike banker puppet Obama who needs to read his scripts every five seconds but you do know that sanctions are an act of war so don't be too upset if the gloves come off or mind if people in Europe (who have no say anyway) openly say that they would like to sit this one out.

They would have disused this weeks ago, you will know the better man if this turns out to be yet another one of them "Putin's grandmother cannot come to Disney" type of sanctions

I won't get into the rights and wrongs over the Georgia conflict (the EU settled that one) but you do know it only took Putin's scrap metal tanks about a day to sweep in and clear the ground so do watch out for that left hook if you want to fight him.
