Knowing the depths of depravity that our CIA and other agencies connected with them have gone to in the past to experiment on people with deadly outcomes, something like this isn't difficult to believe.

MK-Ultra wasn't something that never harmed or killed anyone. Other programs were worse.

Being able to drug and break the minds of subjects to control them and use them for assassinations and espionage has been going on for decades.

Surely they could have scanned the terrorists and removed any control chips that allegedly were in them. So ... where are the videos and pictures of the chips that Russia would have removed from the bodies of the terrorists?

This attack was nothing more than the usual Muslim terrorism. To try to claim it was people controlled by the West with mind chips is ridiculous. No sane person is going to buy that.

If that was the case, then the simplist explation is that these people were controlled by Russian spy agencies to stir up fear in the Russian people and try to quell any uprising against Mad Vlad.
