This has zero to do with religion.
This is about ethics and morals.
Are you saying atheists aren’t ethical or moral?
Don’t use religion as a scapegoat for immoral and unethical abortion.

I dont care what "religious people" do.

I used to be pro choice.... Until i looked into it futher than the talking points.

Then i realized the biology, the history and the law all agreed....

...i was wrong.

So i changed my stance and now advocate for the truth.

You can to if you just put a little more effort into i

So now we are screaming words in block capitals.

Point of fact in most legal systems unborn children do not have separate legal recognition from their parents.

Woman's body, woman choice.

EXACTLY! YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO YOUR BODY!

You dont have a roght to mine.... No matter where it is, or was, located...

..even if you are my mother!

Nope. You don't have a right to my body. If you insert yourself into me without my consent, that is rape.

I am NOT your mother! EW!

If your seed implants inside of me, I will do everything I can to evict it from me, no matter what you may say about location, location, location. MY body is not your body to do with to use without my consent for your own benefits.

You're right.
But majority of the time it is religious people and groups who push for furthering the debate into a pro life dominance.

I like how you avoid the fact that you can be charged with the murder of an unborn child ...

Which proves your definitions wrong.

How can you have "the legal termination" of a thing that has a right to life?

The problem is these two things dont make sense and was laid out in a pre-roe paper...

How can the state be in the position to both advocate for an unborn child in the event of its murder but also allow its murder on the order of the mother?

The good news is every single one of the anti abortion posters on this thread have adopted at least 3 kids to prove they don't only care about kids before they are born.

We are pro life and we adopted. Not three. Couldn't afford three. Adoption is expensive.

What does it mean by 'you don't care about biology'? Something you said to other posters.

I can relate this to one of my threads where a number of creationists dismiss science altogether in favour of some bronze age ideas. But in this context of abortion and rights of women what exactly do you mean?

So the 85% of French people who agree with abortion rights are immoral and unethical?

They are the facts, but why should you force someone to carry to term?

Again, like I said earlier, end stage debate points regarding this subject is like beating a dead horse at this point.
At the end kf the day it's the pro life people attempting to get others to sign onto their moral codes.

By the looks of things in the USA the legal recognition of unborn children can vary depending on specific legal context and jurisdiction.

Generally through unborn children do not have separate legal recognition from their parents, particularly in terms of rights and protections that are distinct from those of their parents.

Because people who agree with amurding a child are just that....

Murderers.

Words have definitions and as such

Murder is the illegal taking of a life

Abortion is the legal terminating of a pregnancy

While you may not agree with the procedure to label someone a murderer for an abortion is incorrect

Abortion is the deliberate and intentional act of ending the life of an unborn human being.

That sounds about right, but its legal, murder is not

People can agree with the procedure, people can dislike the procedure we are all allowed an opinion

But in law, its legal therefore to call someone a murderer is wrong

Usually free in most European countries or comes at a low cost. Healthcare is free for most conditions and operations.

Biology says a viable human is created at inplantation

Please.. if you dont believe me just look up the definitions of all those words...

So when a loon says "if its in my body it IS my body" they are , factually, wrong.

I think you will find the law you quoted regards a person taking the life of a pregnant woman

Please do find for us both, how many women who have had an abortion have been charged under the law you quoted?

I can see how a non religious person could think that.
If I wasn’t religious I might think the same.

Viability is not solely determined by the moment of implantation.

Implantation is a the stage when a fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the uterus.

Typically about 6-10 days after fertilization when the developing embryo begins to receive nutrients from the mother's body.
