The problem is these two things dont make sense and was laid out in a pre-roe paper...

How can the state be in the position to both advocate for an unborn child in the event of its murder but also allow its murder on the order of the mother?

I can relate this to one of my threads where a number of creationists dismiss science altogether in favour of some bronze age ideas. But in this context of abortion and rights of women what exactly do you mean?

By the looks of things in the USA the legal recognition of unborn children can vary depending on specific legal context and jurisdiction.

Generally through unborn children do not have separate legal recognition from their parents, particularly in terms of rights and protections that are distinct from those of their parents.

That sounds about right, but its legal, murder is not

People can agree with the procedure, people can dislike the procedure we are all allowed an opinion

Usually free in most European countries or comes at a low cost. Healthcare is free for most conditions and operations.

I think you will find the law you quoted regards a person taking the life of a pregnant woman
