You can go to the DART website and see that the three buoys north of the Leeward Islands are not currently reporting.

I believe it's fairly common for them to go offline. I have a couple ideas why. Firstly, because the system is underfunded and there are better areas
to monitor (there has never been an Atlantic megatsunami and the risk is negligible for one). Secondly, we're in the middle of hurricane season, and
while no storms have passed directly through that area yet, it wouldn't be worth it to scour the seas for the buoy or replace it at this time for the
chance to just have to hunt it down or replace it again before year's end.
