It's always funny to see people get worked up over constitutional rights.

You have no rights folks. You have Privileges. Privileges can be taken away. Let me give you an example. Remember all those Japanese American Citizens that were sent to internment camps in the 40's, just because they were Japanese?

Man, just when they needed the "Fourth Amendment" they got screwed.

How about NDAA, Patriot Act, NDRP, the list goes on and on. The Bill of Rights is complete BS. They're not rights if you can just take them away whenever you want to or feel like it.

All of this "constitutional Rights" crap is just another way for people to "feel" free.

my wifes mom is a teachers aid for special needs children ( autistic , ect ) and she tells me about how more or less many parents expect the teachers to raise their kids , and I guess that is true from any age in schools. People just don't care and drop everything on the laps of teachers to raise their kids to teach them about right and wrong , or in cases with my mother in law some parents have even expect the teacher to potty train them , I am just blown away how some people are just to busy to raise their kids , or who just don't care enough to and get mad at the school system for their failures as parenting.

I really do feel bad for you teachers to have to deal with that . very noble job that gets all to little credit in my opinion

The worst part of teaching? Honestly?

It's not the 70 hour workweeks.

It's not dealing with "troubled" children who can become extremely violent or worse (I've been punched, kicked, spit on, cursed out, had furniture thrown at me, you name it)

It's not even trying to explain to parents why homework is important, or why little Johnny has an F because he never turns in any assignments.

It's hearing constantly, from multiple fronts, that all you're hard work and attempt to reach each child is proof of "indoctrination." That teachers are ignorant, lazy, or agents of a corrupt government, intent on producing mindless slaves.

Folks, teachers don't teach for the massive salaries or incredible benefits. We teach because WE WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Of course it is wrong but we do not care!

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Yes, if you just sit there and do nothing, they will take away your rights. People need to stand up and make the government listen to them, not the other way around.

So for the last few months I've read about kids at school getting in trouble for bubble guns, squirt guns, shaping pop tarts into weapons, etc. I'm sure you've all read most of this too. This afternoon I stop and get my child a happy meal I request the one with a girl toy. Instead I get a boy toy with a character that has a bazooka attached to its arm. I hand it to her and she clicks the button it fires some type of spear. I'm like uh... so she puts it back in and fires it right at me hitting me in the chest. Then she says haha I shot you dead daddy. The child is only four. Now, I am not bothered by this in any way myself it's just a kid repeating what she has seen on television... but what would the reaction of the school have been if this happened there? What if this happened on a field trip where they actually stopped at a McDonald's? It only takes one dipstick teacher to throw a fit about it and I'm in a world of hell. I say something to my wife that if this happened in front of a teacher it would be our ass. Her response, I don't want to hear bad things like that.

Thomas Jefferson

When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
When the government fears the people, there is liberty.

Its no wonder that even shortly after the constitution was established that it began to get trashed. Did you know however that detention durring times of war under a suspended constitution is in fact constitutional? Are you aware that thousands of americans, noncombatants, were rounded up durring the civil war and died in detention camps?

oh please...by now, if you have spent any time here, you will notice every day there is a thread or two, with the same twenty or thirty posters, that talk about how their constitutional rights have been taken away and destroyed. it's always because of the "socialist agenda", and of course, Obama and liberals are the culprits, and leaders of the pack.
same thing, different day

Well we can spread the blame around.....but the libs have sure earned it.

We just watched the movie V again last night. it makes one realize the way in which strong and wealthy leaders can push and push until you are all in their bottle and then they can cork it off.

It is NOT a Liberal Agenda. They are pitting us against each other and having us accuse each other instead of those who are responsible. I consider myself what most would call 'Liberal' and I am 100% for the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment. No compromises. This is a People vs The Power thing, not people against people or party against party. It is a distraction from what needs to be done. unity and empathy.

Wrong. If you think that way you are lost. We have rights. The problem is, people think privilege is a right. To fly. Have cable. A job. a phone..Starbucks...but read on.

The government wants to control every aspect of your life and almost do. Laws have been passed since the 20's that have stripped you of just about everything, throw in the fact laws are not followed but interpreted for the time, and you have a legal system that is not what the founding fathers intended. Now. some of the people we have making our constitutional decisions in the Supreme Court would not pass a high school literary test, and in that same case, made a judgement that was overturned by the Supreme court and now she on it. WTF? Her judgement is so bad she is overturned put lets put her in there. Does is matter that they are tied to Anti-American groups or make racist statements. If you do not know who i am talking about go read a book but it is Sonia Sotomayor. The MSM hides things like this but if a Bush appointee said this, I am sure it would be plastered on the HuffPost.

Link

Secular Progressive Agenda. That is it.

Now, here comes the best part and I hate to say this but...minorities, you were used. They used you to get them in office with ACORN and others. These groups started this 'project' in the 60's and they did it. Do you think Obama really gives 2 sh5$%s about you and your family? Now, minorities and middle class, your taxes are going up. 2014 Benefits will be cut. When the checks stop flowing to 100 million people, what will happen. That's right, we ALL go the government because now they are saving everybody. If you are a black conservative you are attacked about anything you say...but Al Sharpton gets a voice? You see, it is the government who is racist, not America.

Start local and make a change. Washington hung itself 30 years ago....

Last time I checked it wasn't a crime to be a communist, socialist, capitalist, america hater, america lover, etc.

Just one teacher with eccentric(and perhaps disgusting) views. Sure I found it offensive, but lets not generalise that the entire school is bad, that all schools are bad, that all liberals hate guns, that all conservatives are big business shills, etc.

Alex Jones means well but he tends to sensationalise a bit too much. I guess when you dig too much you eventually flip out. The world is far from fair!

That's a great question to think about.

- Is it a crime for an adult to indoctrinate an impressionable young boy with secular progressive

garbage? -

If it is not a crime, should it be?

Why should it be a crime? Isn't that why people hate north korea and iran for? For intolerance of different views? I think there has been excessive paranoia of the left in america for many decades.

However when someone rants against the constitution and is a teacher, then I think they should be fired and exposed for their disgusting views. The constitution is the supreme law of the land and changing it involves legal procedures. Disrespecting the constitution means you hate your country and that is what is inexecusable imo!

Hmmmm.......

I find it odd that your reasoning just flew right over the top of a toddler (4th Grader) who

is being indoctrinated by an Attorney at Law Cheryl Sabb.

Maybe Cherly Sabb should try throwing this Secular Progressive Garbage at an adult.

I'd like to see the look on his face after seeing the words "In God We Trust" on money since he was a vocal advocate of 'Separation of Church and State'.
