For everyone saying horse meat is better quality.

They didn't use horse meat, and hide that fact, out of concern for your health. Decisions like this are made with profit in mind. So if horse meat is more expensive and better quality why would they use it? They wouldn't. They used cheap bad quality horse meat. Or do you really believe they upgraded your meat at no extra cost?

It's not fast food. It's frozen and other ready meals and stuff. Also cheap horse meat doesn't automatically mean lesses quality.

The ones I've eaten are better and more expensive than beef.

So what's your opinion?

That they used meat equal in quality or better in quality?

If so why would they lie?

I would think if they upgraded the product at no additional expense they would be quite vocal about it. Instead, it was hidden.

When I said more expensive I meant for me. When I said cheaper I meant for the producer.

So...they were passing off horse meat as beef; and selling their product. A huge deception; people have the right to know exactly what is going into their bodies.

Several years ago I had a nightmare that the (remains of humans); in other words (their insides); were ground up mixed with cows blood and passed off as hamburger meat. Probably not true; but you never know.

Wait...

We've been eating horse instead of cow... and... we complain?

What are we? Idiots?

Horse is a far superior meat - welcome horse!

(as long as they dont include the saddle, I'm fine with it...)

So it's ok that they lied to customers?

Kinda like the GMO issue isn't it?

It doesn't matter what the end result is, they lied to the consumer...period.

Peace
