Many of you have not read other posters so I will clear up the issues with this thread. Those pictures are from the 2010 oil spill because that is all the OP could come up with in light of information of another spill. THE NEW SPILL HAPPENED JUNE 3, 2012. IF YOU GO BACK AND READ OTHER PEOPLES THOUGHTS YOU WILL FIND A COUPLE OF PEOPLE FOUND A COUPLE OF NEWS SITES REPORTING IT. For all those people who thought they were clever by identifying the old photos I ask you to also alknowlege the new spill. Yes a new spill. Brand new. No question about it there was a new spill June 3, 2012 in Bohai. .6 ton spill. Yes indeed. I don't just look at pictures because I am proud of my ability to read and comprehend the written words that are in my language.

Really cordy? Chinese? To imply that I am ignorant because I do not speak all the languages of the world let me remind you how hard it was for you to accept that an oil spill did in fact take place. You can be a little one track minded. You needed to point out the obvious how the photos were old and so was the spill depite evidence to the contrary. If you were a leader of men you would be a failure because you can't seem to understand all that is explained to you. The OP explained that he was at work and couldn't research the spill. Some people have an issue with this kind of thread. I do not. I looked it up. I found what the OP was refering to. What did you do? Make fun of the OP as if he were stupid for reporting an old spill. Heres egg on your face and cordy, don't ever call me HONEY. It is only mans attempt to drag a woman through mud and I take great offense.

1. I hope you are not a feminism.
2. I'm a female.
3. I didn't make fun of OP instead i listed several oil spill issues have happened in recent. Perhaps you'd like to read my comments again?
4. I don't know what made people become conspiracy theorists like you are. Actually, lots of conspiracy theory towards other countries were the results of brainwashing from your media, your government. You just don't realize it. When you were younger and stayed away from media, how would you know what's going on in other countries? Don't rely on your media. As my friends in China, they saw these things happened with their own eyes. They saw if it's been taken care of or not with their own eyes. They live in or around that area, they work as rescue workers. You tell me, which one is more reliable? Even what you've seen could possibly be a lie.
5. I don't deny there were lots of issue happened in China, US, or any other countries that governments have tried to cover them up. It might happens near you but you don't know. Yes, the society is that exciting. China has been through a lot, and all you see is the negative parts. And making the small issue bigger and bigger. Too boring.
6. Not every single Chinese works for the government or try to help the government. But you don't know any of them. I moved to overseas cause my friends and I made a free proxy for people who living in China, it was too dangerous for any of us staying there. But that didn't stop us. Actually, we have much more people awaking, and speak for the truth back there. That's what you cannot see.

What i'm trying to say here is, keep your mind opened. And if there's any info about the oil spill missing, i uploaded it.
What you've known might not be the truth. And i never made any personal attack to anyone except for asking them to do more research and even posted it. If you found this's offensive then I have nothing more to say.

There is a fast way to find out if this is indeed an old story or if it is occurring right now.

If anyone knows where this is/was happening, we could get aerial/satellite photos and see if there are any spills, and or large volumes of fumes.

You are probably not going to get close up photos from China, but they should be close enough to see any large fumes, or even color changes in the ocean from the spills.

Has anybody tried this?

That's because of i'ts socialist/communist policy, and yes China still has a socialist/communist policy.
If you check the REAL environmental record of every socialist/communist country, not the ones claimed by the dictators running such countries, you will find that they have the WORST environmental policies, and records ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

Socialist/communist countries devote most of their efforts on controlling the people, and always the "party/revolution" comes first, no matter what.

Cordy, you calling me honey is worse because you are female and should know better. It isn't a feminist thing it is a respect thing. Conspirist? Since when is proving an oil spill happened on the 3 of june 2012 involve conspiracy? You seemed to have trouble accepting that one did happen this month. I asked myself why cordy is continuing to refer to other incidents of environmental accidents. Did I think you must be involved in a cover up? No I believe you have a big ego and use words like "honey" to disrespect people. I believe you to be the type of person who must be right and will do mind gymnastics to prove you were right all along even though you weren't. As far as your personal life goes I really don't care because my point on this thread is redundant but clear. There was a .6 ton oil spill in Bohai on the 3 of June 2012. This wasn't measure in meters it was measured in volumes. It happened on the 3 not the 4 as you did your tap dance and leap to say in happened in the night hours so no one really knows the exact time. No one cares about the exact time of the leak cordy. Can you dispute my claim without using honey or siting some other spill?

This isn't new, this is old stuff ... I saw the movie of those two swim in the oil puddle over a year ago. These two died, swimming in it.

And what you aren't reporting, is that this problem is because of FOREIGN OIL COMPANIES DRILLING FOR OIL IN THE CHINA SEA. This is what China is fighting over.

Now, more than a year later ... you come out and play this is some problem in China. This is the US and US companies, drilling up to the shores of China, without permission.

The anti-west crowd will be silent on this one, what many don't realise is that the entire planet is Western now and has been for years. You'll officially recognise it when the EU has a single government, Americas have a single government and Asia has a single government. Yes this is for another thread, but its important that people realise just what is on the horizon for us all.

As for the Chinese oil spill, China is not going to care about that or at least the impact on the environment, may be on their work of fiction economy. A year ago renminbi deposits in to Chinese banks increased by over 300 billion yuen, a year later they have decreased by over 400 billion yuen. Over 600 billion yuen has been withdrawn from Chinese banks in the first half of this year. Let's see how many empty cities will be built now to forcify the figures!

As I said the entire planet is Western now, oil spills, nuclear mishaps, super rich, super poor, free falling purchasing power of the working masses, its global and for good reason! If ever there was a closing moment to officially unveiling an NWO, its now and usually I'm the first to rubbish such claims.

Its because if China doesn't meet its Oil/Energy needs very soon (next few years) its economy will collapse under its own weight

China gets its oil from every country the Western World "doesn't do business with" because of there appalling human rights in those countries, western corporations require strings attached to deals, such as oil revenue to go to alleviate the poor, environmental measures, the building of schools & hospitals and a stable country, China simply doesn't care about any of these things if there is a civil war within the country or the country's regimes that is massacring its own people, it will take the resources and make the problem 100% worst buy essentially funding those governments such as the ones in Africa, the deal it has with Iran is quite simple, it Veto's everything and anything against Iran from the security council prolonging UN sanctions it does the same with any other country it is raping for energy,

China simply does not care about the pollution & poisoning it does of this planet where ever it may doing business and this is largely due to it staggering growth in recent years, because it doesn't play by the book, if its own country is anything to go by, which is far in excess of that of Western country's could ever do because they have rules and regulations, China's policy is one more of ...erm it has no policy or regulations in place other than eat eat eat destroy destroy, China is in every sense of the word a parasite without a care for anything or anyone, it allows its city's to be basking in illegal levels of pollution, it allows its own rivers lakes & seas to be over spills for chemical & toxic waste production plants, it allows children to work in essentially in slave labour camps the list is endless all of which in any Western country would be illegal and condemned

Its only goal is to desperately climb the ladder and become No1 and clearly at a massive cost to the planet, if every country on the planet acted in this manner we would be well and truely F#*ked, expect much much more of the same in the next decade or two the worst is yet to come

Don't take my word for it, have a look for yourselves

This image, which was captured by NASA's Sea-Viewing Wide Field-of-View Sensor, dates back to January 2, 2000; it shows a layer of polluted air covering a large portion of southeastern China. The increased use of fossil fuels is largely to blame for the opaque haze. Given that China now tops the U.S. in total greenhouse gas emissions, just imagine what a satellite picture of the region would look like now...

You think that's air you're breathing?

I don't know if it puts deepwater horizon to shame. It's hard to tell without information and just pictures. I am going to say that it probably isn't as big as deepwater horizon because that was a massive leak and at a very deep point in the ocean. These pictures are more dramatic because there is more to see than a cam at the bottom of the ocean with no size reference to the leak.

Don't get me wrong I like the pictures and it is interesting, I just don't know if this is equal to deep water horizon or not. What is really shocking is you are seeing Chinese people being sacrificed for the clean up. They wouldn't be allowed to clean up the oil in the US without some sort of safety gear. The guy covered in oil may very well be dead. Oil from the Earth is full of toxic chemicals and carcinogens. Those guys in it will probably suffer from the effects for the rest of their lives and that one guy might be dead by the looks of it. Also the people scooping up the oil with no masks.. they will feel the effects too.

Not only that, they are the most polluting country in the world.

They have never cared for the environment as us westerners have begun to.

They really only care about cranking out the most of anything and the cheapest way possible. This is why companies have their products made there.

Personally, I dont buy anything that says "made in China" it most likely has lead in it, and will fall apart almost as soon as its out of the box. I'm no fan of the EPA and their growing power, all this is doing is making more and more companies take their business elsewhere to places like China where there are no fines for environmental hazards.

Here's the quagmire. What you are saying means without the EPA those companies wouldn't have to go to China because they could produce the products as cheaply and with as much negative impact on the environment as right here at home.

I am not fan of the EPA either, but we have to find a way to balance our right to produce with everyone's right to a clean environment. Honestly the right to a clean environment should supercede the right to produce cheap goods because production belongs to a few and the environment belongs to everyone including people to come.

So maybe the regulations are ok. That is the issue I have the most trouble with as a libertarian.
