Try this link www.opec.org and then click on about us at the top of there page for the drop down for member nations. You will notice that most of those nations don't play well with United States policy ... but the real kicker is reading when OPEC came into being with just 4 member countries. Of those 4 two are currently allies but that could change in the near future. (Kuwait and Saudi Arabia)
