Pure strangeness. Special Counsel Jack Smith fought tooth-and-nail to keep secret what the FBI sought and found in former President Donald Trump's Mara-a-Largo private home.

Apparently, some of the urgent items they were looking for during the raid, were documents pertaining to former President Barack Obama, and the country of North Korea...

Newly unredacted documents in the Mar-a-Lago raid case indicate that Jack Smith was after Obama and North Korea-related documents.
After the raid the DOJ was pleased with their findings and wrote, “I think we are in good shape.”

President Trump said two years after he met Obama before his 2017 Inauguration that Obama was on the brink of starting a war with North Korea. Trump claimed that Obama was “close to starting a big war” with North Korea.

-ALSO-

The latest unredacted documents Jack Smith argued not to release, show that the Obama/Biden Administration was working with multiple government organizations to set up President Trump! UNITED STATES PRESIDENT Trump.
More at: www.thegatewaypundit.com...

Special Counsel Jack Smith INDICTED/ARRESTED former President Trump for having these documents. How did Smith think he could put Donald Trump on trial, without telling the jury (or the public or the media) what the documents are about? HOW!? 🤔

What do YOU think former President Obama wanted to do, or was planning to do, to North Korea?

And WHY would the information they were ordered to retrieve, be so damning, the DOJ/FBI was willing to DECEIVE THE FISA JUDGE** in order to gain authorization to RAID the home of a former U.S. President?

First, keep in mind that the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago occurred a good 3 months before Jack Smith was ever brought into the case. So he had nothing to do with setting the terms and conditions of the search warrant. The search warrant was to look for "documents marked classified" because those documents--whether they were still actually classified or not--would belong to the government, not to private citizen Trump.

Second, I keep pointing out--and you keep not understanding--that the charges against Trump were brought under the Espionage Act of 1917. That act does not refer to "Classified Information". It never uses that term. It refers to "national defense information/documents". If a document is "marked classified" then there are basically 3 possibilities. The first possibility is that it actually is a genuine government document that was properly classified and never declassified. In that case it remains a classified document and remains the property of the government. The second possibility is that it is a genuine government document that was properly classified and subsequently declassified. In that case, the document is still government property. In both of those 2 cases, the documents could (and probably would) contain "national defense information" as defined in the Espionage Act. Documents in either of those cases could be used against Trump in a trial involving the Espionage Act. That's why the FBI search warrant specified "documents marked classified". They would be relevant to a prosecution under that Act whether they were still classified or had been declassified.

This is why the FBI did not deceive the judge that signed the search warrant and why the fact that Trump legitimately signed an order to declassify the Crossfire Hurricane documents a few days before he left office is irrelevant.

The third possibility is that "documents marked classified" in Trump's possession could have been fake documents--meaning that they contained neither actual classified information nor "national defense information". In that case, such documents would have been returned and could not be used in any prosecution.

The FBI would have to treat ANY "documents marked classified" that they found at Mar-a-Lago as potentially still being actually classified. Any document that the FBI thought was still possibly classified--especially at a high level like TS/SCI--would be treated with high seriousness. That would include but not be limited to documents describing communications between the POTUS and North Korea. That kind of document could easily have references to human spies in North Korea who would be liquidated if L'il Kim found out about it.

And finally, any documents that end up being used in the trial against Trump will have to be openly discussed in court, to some level. The Classified Information Procedures Act--which will be used in this trial--allows the government to keep some, but not all of the information in the documents out of public view. However, The North Korea document may not be one of the ones used in court. Of the several hundred that Trump took, only about 30 were identified in the indictment. The government typically doesn't introduce the most sensitive documents in court if they can make their case without them.

Yeahbut whatabout the Obama-N.Korea connections?

What the devil could they have been up to that may have been foiled when Hillary lost? 😃

Maybe some false flag ops that could have opened a door for The Clinton Foundation? 😀

And again like in every other thread you seem to miss the big points. As this is selective persecution, since we have seen other perpetrators not charged under any similar statutes. Add in the highly suspicious reactions Smith did have in regards to his case. It is becoming more and more obvious how the Biden administration deals with dissent from their mantra. Ironic how people that criticize or even just dismiss Biden seem to get investigated.

*Shocked face* I have no idea…

As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.

It's obvious at this point that most documents that are marked secret or classified are not designated as such for national security purposes but rather to cover up criminality by the entities that mark them as such.

Virtually the same when during congressional testimony, the witnesses claim they can not answer questions asked because of ongoing investigations. That's attempt to cover up or withhold evidence as well.

Glad you brought up the "Espionage Act of 1917". That's ONE OF THE THINGS Joe Biden will be charged with violating, since some of the many classified documents kept in his basement and garage were NATIONAL SECURITY related.

Back on topic...What about OBAMA and NORTH KOREA?

It's too bad the government keeps so many things secret from the public, considering without us, there would be no government.

Our elected members of Congress being told "NO WAY!" by the Department of Justice, simply because they asked for the recording of Joe Biden being interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Hur.

Criminal DOJ Says Will NOT COMPLY with Subpoena!: nypost.com...

The same DOJ who will arrest anyone who does not comply with a subpoena THEY issue!! We may have to help President Trump clean house in 2025, as DEPUTIES.

N. Korea was the boogieman the whole time Obama was in office and it didn't go unoticed how Lil' Kim became a big nothing burger after Obama left office. Now it's Russia's turn to be the bad guy.

Documents case judge Aileen Cannon is systematically releasing many trial documents for public consumption this week.

More released this evening. A summary...

Judge Cannon Unseals Docs Alleging Jack Smith’s Lead Prosecutor Threatened Trump Valet Attorney, and Tried to Bribe Him in Exchange For Client’s Testimony Against Trump.
Source: www.thegatewaypundit.com...

Typical DOJ method of operating. We see it time and time again. Bribing or threatening someone, in an attempt to make them testify against Donald Trump. (DOJ is filled with corruption at the top. Trump is the only one who has vowed to clean house.)

But documents showing Obama having contingency plans to pre-emptively strike North Korea is not a bad thing. All good Administrations develop contingencies.

There's something much more "sinister" with this Obama-North Korea National Security information.

Yes indeed. We've learned that "peace time" classified info is mostly covering up crap that most people don't care about. When the document redaction is removed, we say "Is that it?!". The GOOD STUFF (like Epstein's client list) stays redacted.

If it's true that "most people don't care about" it, then the people deserve what they get.

In 1773 the people cared about it. See what that made happen. Now, not so much. We collectively just bend over and spread 'em and consider it a favor if they use a drop of lubricant.

The FBI doesn’t belong to the President. It belongs to the people and it doesn’t take orders from him.

Well, in reality only those who were male, white and wealthy enough to own land cared that we know of. The rest may have cared but were never given a voice like in the right to vote for decades and decades. But you know this of course.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

This is absolutely appalling, that any American would have their rights constantly trampled on, like DJ Trump has.

Who in their right mind, can justify violations of this magnitude...

EVERY AMERICAN, natural born and naturalized, has rights;
The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. It prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and sets requirements for issuing warrants: warrants must be issued by a judge or magistrate, justified by probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and must particularly describe the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.

Everything democrats have done since o'buma regime, is illegitimate, illegal and down right communist by nature.

There is something seriously wrong here, dems under o'biden have a dangerous President setting dangerous precidents, if We the People keep letting it happen, nothing will be done to prevent it from happening to you or me.
