It IS rather absurd to not be taking the border crisis more seriously.

Never said that it'd be activated "by the eclipse." No, not by the eclipse. Your reading comprehension isn't real good, is it?

If - and it's an IF - there is a dormant payload, having that many people concentrated along the path would make it easier to hit a control group with whatever the activation mechanism would be.

I recall the 2017 eclipse. I traveled in my RV to southern Washington state to be part of the show.

There were a large group of us in the campground all watching the event. People were sharing their solar telescopes and viewing apparatus. People from all over the US that were strangers before that day were all sharing beverages and food in a campground pot-luck block party. A couple folks had ice cream makers going, to the delight of the kids. It was a real enjoyable experience.

When I got back, I read a blog post from some curmudgeon claiming the eclipse was RACIST!. The path of totality fell mostly over white majority areas and very few POC could experience it. So in his view the eclipse was racist.

NASA intentionally arranged the lunar orbit to exclude black neighborhoods!

So maybe this eclipse will not be racist, but is part of the global population control plot.

You just cannot escape the insanity.

But I digress. It was actually the CEYEA plant known as Osama. There’s a book called house of Bush house of Saud. Rather interesting. That could be an interesting Sci fi story.

But something about using an eclipse to gather people bugs me. That is a long linear line of spectators from Mexico to Canada with major gaps in places. They wouldn't need to use an eclipse. That would actually disperse the vaccinated away from the higher concentrations, like that in the massive East Coast Megaplex from Boston to DC. They are all going to disperse to points upstate. But it will be the one time people say, "Hey, let's go to Rochester!"

But I think it's lessons applied from the call of witnessing the path of totality. It's cool enough for people to turn a 3 hour drive from Denver into 15.

And people ran out of things. Resources in the path of totality were obliterated.
