A great story not under oath like in a courtroom when she lost. 😃

Very convincing. 😃

Yeah like people under oath tell the truth, who would that be, hmm.

Nice bit of misogyny there.

Cry harder.
It’s not misogyny if it’s true.

Have you seen her interviews? She is basically an animal in heat.
I wonder how many abortions she’s had?

I would say this woman needs to burn in hell, but that would deprive me of the pleasure of watching her suffer. Hopefully, GOD will bring the equivalent of "HELL" to Jean Carroll while she (and yours truly) are alive...and soon!

Carroll originally came out with her story in 2019, detailing the alleged incident, claiming that Trump sexually assaulted her in a Bergdorf-Goodman dressing room in the mid-1990s: “Carroll said Trump followed her to a fitting room at the store, shoved her against a wall, pulled down her tights and, ‘forcing his fingers around my private area, thrusts his penis halfway — or completely, I’m not certain — inside me.'”

Trump has vehemently denied the allegation over the years, prompting these defamation suits by Carroll.

“It’s just as bad for people to believe it, particularly when there is zero evidence,” Trump said in 2019 when the allegations first arose. “Worse still for a dying publication to try to prop itself up by peddling fake news — it’s an epidemic.”

“If anyone has information that the Democratic Party is working with Ms. Carroll or New York Magazine, please notify us as soon as possible,” Trump wrote. “The world should know what’s really going on. It is a disgrace, and people should pay dearly for such false accusations.”

Despite the odd things about Carroll’s story — and a stunning lack of evidence — she was awarded tens of millions of dollars, which Trump supporters say shows just how scary the justice system has become if one is a targeted individual.

No doubt Jean Carroll is on the MAGA retribution list also.

WHY has JOE BIDEN withstood so many sexual assault and improper touching allegations? Because...

Holding powerful men accountable takes a mountain of evidence

For example, Irin Carmon, who, along with Amy Brittain, exposed Charlie Rose for an alleged decades-long pattern of sexual harassment, had pursued the story for years.

When their exposĂŠ appeared in the Washington Post, it was built on accusations from eight women, three on the record.

Carmon and Brittain found consistency across the women’s stories and strong corroboration of each account:

EXPOSED: E. Jean Carroll Has Accused SIX Men Of Sexual Assault and/or Rape — Including Former CEO of CBS

E. Jean Carroll, besides her accusations against Donald Trump, has also accused Les Moonves, the former CEO of CBS, of sexual assault. In her book “What Do We Need Men For? A Modest Proposal,” she detailed an incident involving Moonves. Carroll described that, during an interview for an Esquire profile in 1997, Moonves allegedly groped her in an elevator at the Hotel Nikko in Beverly Hills. She characterized his actions as aggressive, comparing him to an octopus due to his manner of touching her. Moonves has emphatically denied these allegations. These are the only notable public figures Carroll has accused of sexual misconduct other than Donald Trump.

Yes, E. Jean Carroll has also accused several other individuals of sexual misconduct, including a babysitter’s boyfriend, a dentist, a camp counselor, an unnamed college date, and an unnamed boss.

Trump Accuser E. Jean Carroll Backed by Epstein Island Visitor Reid Hoffman

Hoffman, who has donated to President Biden’s campaign as well as a pro-Nikki Haley PAC, also has ties to Epstein, even visiting “Little Saint James. “This is wildly ironic, given Hoffman’s supposed devotion to championing women.

In particular, the Journal details Hoffman’s relationship with Epstein, revealing that he visited Epstein Island and later was scheduled to stay overnight at Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse in December 2014.

This trial is about battery and defamation of character.

A jury has found former President Donald Trump liable for battery and defamation in the E. Jean Carroll case.

Carroll, who brought the lawsuit in November, alleged that Trump defamed her in his 2022 Truth Social post by calling her allegations "a Hoax and a lie" and saying "This woman is not my type!" when he denied her claim that Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s.

And even after this judgement -- Trump continues to run his mouth.

E. Jean Carroll isn't going to get a penny.

It turns out the judge, Lewis Kaplan and Carroll's lawyer Roberta Kaplan (not related) worked together in the 90's and this was not disclosed and is a conflict of interest.

Columnist Charles Gasparino was told by a source (unknown) that Roberta Kaplan considered Lewis a mentor back in the 90's.

This is a clear violation of judicial ethics rules.

Way to go. Judge her by her looks. Very mature. She is currently 79 years old. She looks pretty damn good for her age.

The sexual assault was 30 years ago.

All Trump had to do was keep his mouth shut.

" 15 Facts About E. Jean Carroll’s Allegations Against Trump the Media Don’t Want You to Know "

Here are some facts about Carroll’s story that the establishment media do not want the public to know:

1. Bergdorf Goodman has no surveillance video of the alleged incident.

2. There are zero witnesses to the alleged sexual attack.

3. Carroll first came forward — conveniently — with the allegations while promoting her book What Do We Need Men For? in 2019, which featured a list of “The Most Hideous Men of My Life.”

4. Carroll was unable to remember when this alleged attack even occurred. She told her lawyer in 2023, “This question, the when, the when, the date, has been something I’ve [been] constantly trying to pin down.” She has jumped years — originally beginning with 1994, then moving to 1995, and even floating to 1996. She cannot remember the season in which the alleged attack occurred either.

5. The Donna Karan blazer dress she claims to have worn during the alleged incident was not even available at the time of her claims. Trump Attorney Boris Epshteyn told reporters, “She said, ‘This is the dress I wore in 1994.’ They went back, they checked. The dress wasn’t even made in 1994.”

“And that’s why the date’s moved around. This is the 80s. Is it the 90s? Is it the 2000s? President Trump has consistently stated that he was falsely accused, and he has the right to defend himself,” he added.

6. She never came forward with these allegations over the years despite constantly being open about sexuality, posting things that were very sexual in nature on social media — many of which Trump has shared. They include remarks such as “How do you know your ‘unwanted sexual advance’ is unwanted, until you advance it?” and “Sex Tip I Learned From My Dog: When in heat, chase the male until he collapses with exhaustion … then jump him!”

7. She said she was never raped, telling the New York Times’ podcast, The Daily, “Every woman gets to choose her word. Every woman gets to choose how she describes it. This is my way of saying it. This is my word. My word is ‘fight.’ My word is not the ‘victim’ word. I have not — I have not been raped,” she continued. “I have — something has not been done to me. I fought. That’s the thing.”

8. She named her cat “Vagina.” “Her dog, or her cat, was named ‘Vagina.’ The judge wouldn’t allow us to put that in — all of these things — but with her, they could put in anything: Access Hollywood,” Trump told CNN.

9. Joe Tacopina, an attorney for Trump, pointed out in May 2023 that Carroll’s entire story has incredible similarities to a 2012 episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. In that episode, titled “Theatre and Tricks,” an individual talks about a rape fantasy in Bergdorf Goodman — the same department store where Carroll claims the incident took place.

Breitbart News detailed:

“Role-play took place in the dressing room of Bergdorf’s. While she was trying on lingerie I would burst in,” the character in the episode said. According to Carroll, the two were in the lingerie section, and Trump allegedly assaulted her in the dressing room.

Carroll claimed to be “aware” of the episode but denied watching it. According to the New York Post, Carroll said the similarities between what she claims happened to her and the show’s plot were “amazing.”

“An amazing coincidence?” Trump’s lawyer asked.

“Yes, it’s astonishing,” Carroll replied, ultimately denying her allegation was based on a television show:

10. Speaking of shows, Carroll loved Trump’s show The Apprentice.

“I was a big fan of the show. Very impressed by it,” Carroll said on the witness stand, adding that she “had never seen such a witty competition on TV, and it was about something worthwhile, competing.”

11. Carroll made a joke associating sex with Bergdorf Goodman in a November 1993 edition of Elle, which was before the alleged Trump attack took place. As Breitbart News detailed:

Carroll was responding to a letter from a female reader concerned that she was having trouble achieving orgasm through sexual intercourse alone while the reader said that she could climax through foreplay. “Is there any way I could learn to reach orgasm through sex?” asked the reader in the November 1993 edition. “Maybe books I could read?”

Carroll replied with the following advice (emphasis added):

Dear Snowed Under: Stop flagellating yourself. Gadzooks! At least you have orgasms. And if that isn’t spontaneous sex I don’t know what is. Most women (about 70 percent) experience difficulties climaxing through intercourse alone. So you’re perfectly normal. Begin by reading For Yourself by Dr. Lonnie Barbach. She’ll give you excellent instructions on how to have an orgasm during intercourse. Then after 313 queenhell love-wiggles, move on to Gretta Garbo’s favorite love position – the top. (In erotic scenes, Garbo is always above the man. So are Sharon Stone, Bette Midler and Katherine Hepburn). Indeed, this location works better for women than the fourth floor of Bergdorf’s.

12. Carroll is financially backed by anti-Trump Democrat megadonor Reid Hoffman, who has openly admitted to visiting convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.

13. Democrat party activists back her as well, as Breitbart News detailed:

Indeed, one of Carroll’s attorneys is Roberta Kaplan — a Democrat Party activist who led the group Time’s Up. She left the activist group after it was revealed she was aiding former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in attempting to discredit the Democrat’s accusers. It served as a great irony as Time’s Up seeks to defend women from what it claims is discrimination and harassment. This fact has led to mounting speculation that Kaplan only gets involved in cases that she views as politically expedient.
Further, Federal District Judge Lewis Kaplan is overseeing the process and has connections to Carroll’s other attorney, Shawn Crowley. She was actually a law clerk for Judge Kaplan, and he officiated her wedding.

That aside, Trump has denied knowing the left-wing activist as the only evidence of any contact is a single picture with Carroll greeting Trump and his ex-wife Ivana at an event greeting line over 35 years ago. Carroll has yet to provide solid evidence of this alleged encounter and will not use the dress that she claims had DNA on it from this alleged incident. Even Trump publicly said the dress should be part of the case. Further, there are no eyewitnesses of this alleged incident, which supposedly occurred at the popular New York City department store.

14. The lawsuit was only able to proceed after Democrats created the Adult Survivors Act in 2022. She conveniently pursued this suit in November following the law going into effect, which allowed her to avoid the statute of limitations for this case.

15. Carroll once said, “Most people think of rape as sexy.”
Donald Trump Jr. also retweeted a list of facts about Carroll, urging others to take a look:

You can Bet an Appeals Court Will go Over Every One of those 15 Facts before Another Verdict is Rendered . Mr. Trump is Not Done Yet !

All of that has been public knowledge for a while now. With the clear conflict of interest now being reported, which is crazy because just declare you worked together, why hide it, the appeal will be accepted.

With no verifiable evidence on top of all that, I don't see how this case doesn't end up dismissed. We have to keep in mind this jury case was held in New York, NY, so even with standard deviation it was most likely 10 out of the 12 jurors being democrat and I would wager a bet all 12 were.

I think we have a term for that, witch hunt.

EDIT: I'm not partisan on this. If Tara Reade took Joe Biden to court over sexual assault back in the 90's and the case was held in Texas, I would have a problem with that too.

The facts about her…..what she’s said and done for the past 30 years speak for themselves.
She’s a classless rotten degenerate slut.
Her looking like Rocky Dennis is just evidence that Trump wouldn’t touch her.
30 years ago, 40 years ago doesn’t matter, still a hard no.

Also, since there’s a ton of people here defending her only because the victim is Trump.
We know you don’t really believe he touched her.
Here’s what some real rape victims have to say about her…

“As an actual rape victim I am disgusted by
@ejeancarroll
It is because of women like her with fake accusations that true victims are ridiculed and disregarded. This is a woman that called rape “sexy.” It is NOT sexy and your life is never the same!”

“Almost 50 years ago, as a teenager in the 70’s, I was sexually assaulted by a famous male celebrity.
I can tell you the year, the month, the date, the exact location, the time of day, and what the POS was wearing.
REAL victims don’t forget the details”
Here’s plenty more…

From President Joe Biden demanding that thousands of dangerous people and drugs be allowed into the USA, to insane Left-Wing prosecutors and judges going after the man most likely to be our next President, to the FBI targeting Christians, MAGA Supporters, and other harmless groups....WE ARE ENTERING A VERY DANGEROUS PERIOD ahead of the November 2024 U.S. Elections!

Here is an important analysis of one front of the war being waged on those who are Pro-MAGA -or- Pro-Trump...

Rudy and VDH Debrief on the New Lawfare Era Showcased by the E Jean Carroll Nonsense

Rudy Giuliani brought up some good points that were surreptitiously also noted by Victor Davis Hanson. As Giuliani noted in an interview with Newsmax, the core elements of the E Jean Carroll claims never made any sense.

Specifically, Carroll couldn’t even put a date or YEAR on her claims against Donald Trump, but that really didn’t matter in a civil case where the New York state legislature literally wrote a new law that permitted the lawsuit against Donald Trump.

Victor Davis Hanson makes some of the same points, only with a little more detail:
“The civil suit serves as a mere preview of four additional leftwing criminal prosecutions, leftwing judges, and leftwing juries to come—all on charges that would never had been filed if Trump either had not run for president or been a liberal progressive.

Yet here we are.

The E. Jean Carroll case is the most baffling of all five. She, the alleged victim, did not remember even the year in which the purported sexual assault took place, nearly three decades ago. Observers have pointed out dozens of inconsistencies in her story.

It was never clear what were the preliminaries that supposedly (Trump denies meeting her) led both, allegedly, willingly to retreat together to a department store dressing room, where during normal business hours the alleged violence took place.

Moreover, the sexual assault complaint came forward decades post facto—and only after Trump was running for and then president.
Source: theconservativetreehouse.com...

The recent $83 million verdict against Donald Trump, awarded to E Jean Carroll, just because the former President hurt her feelings...and Trump advisor Peter Navarro being sentenced to prison for defying a Congressional Subpoena, are 2 examples of what MAGA Patriots are up against.

FOR CERTAIN things are going to get worse as November 2024 grows closer, and Joe "dictator" Biden's job approval remains in the 30% range (7 of 10 Americans say he's a horrible President).

BEST ADVICE: BE READY to Take ACTION(s), if required. Defensive or Offensive.

"Boo hoo, s'not fair, witch hunt, do you know who I am" etc, won't cut it.

So she says he led her into a dressing room in an upscale department store to try on some outfits... OK, that right there is enough to show it is BS. So Trump is just going to randomly pick some woman in a public place in a chance meeting and she agreed to help him pick out lingerie for a friend. Sounds like a fantasy of hers. So he then gropes her and leaves, BTW she is not a pretty woman... Then 25 years later she sues him with nothing but her testimony. She doesn't even know the right year either.

Go a head and say all you want, but you know it is BS too.

How do you find a judge willing to host a trial, if there is no strong evidence presented by the plaintiff? The attorneys just start contacting judges until they get one who will take the case?

None of her case makes sense. The only comment I'll make on her looks is she kinda looks like Shelly Long. Back in the 90's Trump could have had any woman he wanted. Is he capable of doing something like this? Sure, is it likely? No.

I think we need to look at our laws and make some adjustments. There must be some sort of evidence, even if it's just another person corroborating your story, something. The other change that needs to happen is if you falsely accuse someone of rape or sexual assault and you are found to be lieing, you get the sentance that correlates to the crime.

It's crazy that we collectively allow someone from 30 years ago accuse someone of rape or sexual assault, with no evidence, to win cases like this. Everyone should be against this, how can you possibly defend it? Why didn't she go to the police on hour 1? Day 1? Year 1?

I'm thinking of all kinds of scenarios where this can pop up. You're the president some day, you win the lottery, you are wrongfully injured and collect millions of dollars in a settlement or crazy things like your land in Nevada is sitting on a trillion pounds of lithium. Now you can just be sued by anyone looking for a paycheck?

If we allow this to happen, the justice system is even more screwed than I'm willing to accept.

It also seems the civil court is the way to go as you need very little compared to a criminal court. They found their weapon that is used to just make people broke, same with never-ending investigations that drive people into bankruptcy without the need to ever win.
