There's always "None of the above"?

Don't vote, or the Government will get in.

What's that?

Anyway, my roast Swan is almost done and I need to throw another peasant into the fire.

Not an option for me, I feel a duty to vote and this is where the decision-making comes into play between the two parties trying to figure out which is the lesser evil that will affect my life.

It's not about me I'm a compassionate human being that needs his tribalistic setting to thrive just like you.

I'm just telling you how it is in the world of those that have gone beyond those concepts that end at an imaginary boarder...

Not the point, the point is only two parties always end up being our choice.

Perhaps you didn't know that over here the Lib Dems were recently in a Coalition Govt with the Tories?

Or that many countries have Proportional Representation?

But when you think how laid back every Dutch person you ever met seems to be, this is a hell of a result.

The left wing press is still in denial though claiming that no party should have ever discussed immigration, EU membership or anti islamisation.

I posted on the Dutch a number of times for different points, and I have worked with them over the years on a good number of projects. When you look at the Dutch the reason why socialism works there is because they are not a consumer-based society. I call them mostly minimalist in they live typically in small flats, most don't drive, and they have just enough shoes and clothing to be functional, and the term functional is played across much of what they have. They always seem to be a very happy group that spends their free time in the parks with their kids, or just hiking/biking the afternoon away, no money needed. Some of the best workers come from there, but I also met some really bad workers and that is just how socialism typically plays out when most of your money goes to the collective.

Then we had a few events happen with two being BIG. The first one was like other countries where they went overboard with immigration. They may have needed more bottom-rung workers, but too many and your culture is threatened as is many other things as immigrants come to the EU and don't want to simulate into the EU culture, but make mini cultures from where they came from, and to say it nicely these cultures do not mix well.

The second one was the attack on the farmer. As in WTH were they thinking? Just tax the crap out of them more and make fertilizer illegal. One just needs to scratch our head over all that. I would really like to hear the logic there outside of suggesting they needed to drive the farmer into extinction because of climate change. It seems even the Ductch can only take so much...

We will see more and more of this...look at Venezuela with their new conservative President. Even in the states, moderate liberals are saying WTF are you all doing! They had their fun for a number of years so now it is time for the grownups to clean it all up.

Soros and swabb had their hands firmly gripped at our little country

Let's see what they think about this outcome , but seriously I don't think we've anything to say anymore because Brussels will slap us on the wrist if we do something they don't like and we always listen like schoolboys

That there is where the rubber hits the road... As in what will actually affect you and not just run with what makes your feelings hurt. It really seems the left has a level of Denialism going on, or at least openly. I make enough money that it really doesn't matter what things cost, but DAMN even I can feel the crunch. It's not that I can't afford things it's that I don't see it worth what the prices typically seem to be. Going out and getting a pizza with a few beers should not end up 100 bucks, for example. Saying all this I need to ask myself WTF are people doing that make well under 100k as a family today while the liberals at those income levels are saying that my life is better today than under Trump. It all makes one wonder how many closet conservatives on the left will be voting secretly this time for the right.

I knew that fact, but I'm not a UK citizen so I have no in-depth research as to which or who really holds the power within the varying moving or unmoving parts and what I can ascertain from other countries, unless they are somewhat authoritarian by rising about their judicial systems and people (extremist right wing for one, like Israel) being one with all the same goals, there are always opposing moving parts or wrenches thrown into the machinery for a complete stoppage.

See now I just don't consider the effect on my life, I'm elderly now, so my check keeps coming but I want it to keep coming. My concerns spread out far and wide to the younger people who can't afford a home or can't pass the stress test, or the non-living wages which do nothing to boost an economy, or a leader who is impotent in matters that really count. See, there's lots to choose from and if I choose a stronger economy for the younger gen then if it happens to be the right, so be it.

So why bring it up?
