So just like his father in the Old Testament, he brings division and war with him. That's what happens when he returns. So basically nothing will change.

Jesus is coming back to finally put the devil in his place. God has given time for all to come to Him and when the last person has then the next move is made. First: Rapture (pre-Trib), then the tribulation. There will be a period of 1000 years at which point people will turn to the devil again. Then all is finally finished.

Matthew 24:6 says clearly that these signs are not the end, and verse 8 says that all these things are just "birth pains".

The persecution of Christians began before Pentecost, 2,000 years ago.

We have been through periods of worse natural disasters, worse economies, and worse wars. They weren't the end, either.

And there is no abomination in the Temple. There is no Temple.

The whole point of what Jesus was saying there in Matthew 24 is that the Temple would be destroyed, and then all that other stuff taken as signs of the end times are, in fact, just the passing of history, and NOT the end times.

Read the full words of Jesus because context is important in interpretation.

Revelation is an apocalyptic prophecy with an epistolary introduction addressed to seven churches in the Roman province of Asia, in what is now western Turkey. The seven cities where churches were located are close together, and the Island of Patmos is near the western coast of Turkey.

Wars ago could not destroy earth. In 2023 man can destroy the eath so its IMO not apples to apples.

Absolutely true, he taught things that most in the US today would call Socialist and the first church's long before Marx was ever born with his atheist ideology and nicking of ideas Christ already taught lived in what would later become called Communes, read the story of Ananias and Sapphira for confirmation on how they lived, all members of the church (Body of Christ) cared about all other members, the sick were cared for the poor clothed, sheltered and fed and as well as looking after their own they went out into the society's that persecuted them to extend that help to the poor, sick and needy beyond their own community's.

Due to later persecution they often hid in later times and eventually when it became the state religion of Rome the formerly pagan priesthood simply changed the God's they worshipped in order to maintain there high status in society and moved over to become priests in the Church if not in the first century then definitely later.

Also among other facts the ten commandments once given to Israelites but intended for the whole world are partially mistranslated.
The Passage "Thou shall not steal" (Which is actually covered in thou shall not covet anything that is thy neighbours) was originally Thou shall not Kidnap or to put it more accurately Thou shall not ENSLAVE, look how within a few decades of GOD giving his commandments they watered them down and wrote the whole law with slavery still existing even after those commandments.
Christ came to fix that, love GOD above all things and LOVE thy neighbour as thyself which covers all the other ten commandments completely in a simple command.

He will face a world that is NOT Christian even in the West where people worship money NOT God, were secularists such as certain BROTHERHOODS have pushed anti Christian agenda's since at least the 1700's and were he will tell so many Depart from me I NEVER Knew you

But the worse the world gets the more likely he is to come back, he ALWAYS keeps his word and never backs down.

Also his coming is a time of renewal, of law and order and justice so anyone would actually want him to come back except we ALL have some guilt over something, Guilt is good though as those that don't feel guilt and have done wrong are the worst of humanity (Though he may have mercy on some of them as they are very sick and broken), if there is a sense of guilt at least we know that we have done wrong.

If we can not hope in him how dark is our world, we have to put our hope in him as he is the only way, the only father that can truly heal his children, mend our soul's, heal and remake our spirits and hearts and make us perfect but only through him can this be achieved.

The New Agers have been spouting nonsense for decades about humanity approaching a transcendence and ascending to a new spiritual reality but for them it's all about state of mind and weird self hypnosis while Christians have believed and been speaking about pretty much the same thing for two Millenia now BUT it's through Christ and his Grace.

I dont hate religion but am leery of it as its run by humans some of whom are good and some that arent. When I was told by a priest that I (we) cant communicate with God directly my bells went off in my head.

I would appreciate that. I did suffer from it all my life (now 58) and it wasn't until I had two men of God come and pray over me in my home did it stop. Most terrifying attacks - pure evil - I was terrified to go to sleep at night. I also have learned who I am in Christ and that they are bullies and have no rights in our lives (we must not open doorways or invite them in unknowingly - and by that I mean, informing ourselves how it is that they can gain footholds without our knowledge).

The best way to interpret the scriptures is not to take up a view where one scripture's interpretation is at odds with another's.

There is an understanding of scriptures about different things, which is harmonious to both scriptures. When you find it, you have found the most accurate interpretation of both of those scriptures.

If you believe the Bible to be the word of God, then, as such, there cannot be a contradiction of its message.

And the Bible, while asking us to pray, also warns clearly against repetitive prayer. God knows what you feel and need, so communication with God (prayer) needs to be real and conversational, not for God's sake, but for your own.

I also think that when you ask God a question, you have to be in an attitude of listening for answers - expecting that God will reveal the answer to you. Sometimes that answer will be through the Spirit, but more often, it will be through reading the Word.

And I do believe that there is only one God. If there were a pantheon, then they might vie against one another, but if there is a supreme monotheistic Creator, then there cannot be such disunity. From scripture, it is clear that Jesus is a part of that Godhead.

I have had it since age 7. The Guardian of the Threshold visited me close to 1000 times over my life. Praying to God and Jesus stopped it in 2018. It has never returned. These two books are both saying the same thing. I have read both. It will freak you out when you see the absolute correlation by a lay author in Australia, Lewis Proud who has Sleep Paralysis and what Exorcist Father VIncent Lampert writes about Satans Demons. I have much documented here on ATS.

Question. The Catholic Church has said they consider me spiritually gifted at the extreme far right end of the Bell Curve among all Christians on Earth. Based on the visitations along with visions of the Armor of God ~ Shield of faith that I saw in Sleep Paralysis in 2018-2019. All SP pratcially stopped. Thats a huge back story.
