The right to a fair trial.

Yeah, it may not have been a fair trial with what we are digging up and what her supporters are as well.

“We believe that Lucy’s defence was not adequate, that there is more to this case which was not heard in court, which deserved to be heard, and that everyone deserves a fair trial. That is why we have come together to fight for the science to be brought to trial.”

Seriously?

You think your digging might overturn her conviction?

The CPS must be terrified.

No idea why you are so complicit in trying to excuse the crimes of a convicted nonce, but goodbye, and let me know how it turns out
.

Keep digging in that sewer.

Wonder what you'll find in it?!!

Except it's not a UK case?

Yeah. Let Lucy go .

Sorry, but this defending a convicted baby killer is just sickening. Good night.

That is not what we are doing and you know it. Fair trial? that remains to be seen.

Yes. If it was not a fair trial she can appeal. But not to you or social media.

Let me know if she does appeal.

Which is different to Public Inquiry.

Deny ignorance.

"The judge, presiding over the case, called the evidence "almost wholly, but not entirely, circumstantial"."

Almost wholly circumstantial, hmm.

Itsnowagain and I are sleuthing this case because as the judge said "it's almost wholly circumstantial".

I don't think you're responding well to such a serious case. We cannot judge so much from outside but there are many calls for another trial which is likely to happen. I can't say whether she is guilty or innocent but the jury has decided she is guilty. That doesn't imply there can be no other trial and that she can even be found innocent (in theory).

First of all watch this video as it's very informative, something we didn't have 30 years ago, no internet around. Information can now be shared at an incredible speed. Otherwise you always have to accept everything at face value.

I know of this video.
I think I did link it sometime ago in the first few pages.

I am preparing another thread as there are a lot of conflicting opinions and some experts openly questioning the verdict and the circumstantial evidence as they call it.

BBC News - Lucy Letby to appeal against baby murder convictions
www.bbc.co.uk...

She's applying for permission to appeal her conviction.

The CPS may apply for a retrial of the charges that the jury were unable to decide.
