Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis on Wednesday sanctioned Fox News and its parent company, Fox Corp., for withholding evidence in the Dominion defamation suit and said he's considering further investigation and censure.

One of Grossberg's attorneys, Parisis G. Filippatos, said that lawyers for Dominion Voting Systems played recordings Fox News producer Abby Grossberg made during 2020, which were not handed over to Dominion's lawyers during discovery.

In an interview on MSNBC’s “Alex Wagner Tonight,” Filippatos shared audio also played during Wednesday’s court proceedings, with Rudy Giuliani telling Fox News host Maria Bartiromo in November 2020 "that's a little harder to tell you -- it's being analyzed right now," when asked about the voting software. Giuliani also said he "can't prove" that then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had an interest in Dominion.

In a second clip, from December 2020, a Trump official can be heard telling Fox News "there weren't any physical issues with the [voting] machines" during inspections.

Fox just keeps digging themselves a bigger and bigger hole. Their lawyers have been combative with the judge. They've been called out for withholding/lying about information, and now it's been revealed they hid evidence during discovery.

And that's on top of one of their producers revealing she had been instructed to lie.

At this point, I don't see how this ends well for Fox.

The case was supposed to start today, but with a new deposition possibly I'm the cards, I'm guessing it has been delayed.

I'm not going to be surprised if not only does Dominion win but they get the full amount they asked for.

I believe they will get full compensatory damages and am really looking forward to see the punitive damages awarded; the figure could be astronomical.

The media is legally deemed entertainment

The software is the issue, internet connectivity is the issue.
Oh good, they weren't unusually pink.
Are you pretending the Arizona Supreme Court investigation found nothing?
lmao
Dude quit it

99% sure most states will outlaw those machines come ‘24.

The shenanigans that happened in 20 will not be tolerated moving forward.

Good luck cheating next time!

Government "Sanctioning" could make FoxNews stronger, like the the U.S. did for Russia?

so...
this would mean there are no observable defects or damages that would prevent it from functioning properly.

This sounds legit lol 🤣

It isn't the first time Fox has had their tit in the ringer, and it's likely not the last.

We all know Dominion is as crooked as a barrel of snakes. We don't need Fox news to tell us that.

Dominion Executives testified that their systems are unreliable and easily "hackable".

Can someone explain to me how any of this is evidence and not just hearsay or people saying things?

For example, was there a physical inspection of the machines/software by experts who issued a formal report? In which case, would not the report itself be the evidence? As opposed to someone stating their opinion? How could anyone actually know without an expert physical inspection of the machines and/or software?

My sources inside the court say that they used a Dominion voting machine to tally the votes of the jurors in a test run.

The results?

Biden won.

It's evidence that Fox did not believe that there were any issues with the Dominion machines but they still pushed that narrative anyway.

At this point, Dominion has already won 2/3 of the case in summary judgment. The only thing left for them to prove is malice. And Fox withholding this evidence is certainly going to help them in that regard.

I hope NY judges are this on the ball when taking action against Bragg for his exculpatory evidence exclusions with the Trump grand jury.

I know you hope so to, being a fan of equal justice. Laws are laws, right?

The Supreme Court has ruled a prosecutor does not need to present exculpatory evidence to a grand jury.
