I seldom post here any more.
This thread illustrates why.
The first reply to the OP is a troll, and all the rest of the replies are responding to the troll.
This FBI agent being removed seems to be an important story. Here it was squashed by a troll with no valid reply.

Pretty much, I’ve pivoted to just troll the trolls since we can’t have a discussion on the topic anymore. Go to a left wing thread though and notice they’re pretty much left alone but typically die out really quick because they’re full of nonsense not worthy of a response. So instead they come to threads like these that throw their entire narrative out the window and troll it into the ground. Then they get their account banned and rejoin under their new disguise…rinse and repeat!

This is another DOJ ruse to make it look like the FBI is being cleansed by the current Administration.

All while they are actually enhancing the bias behind the scenes 😎

P.S.
They may actually charge former fake POTUS Trump.
It is not looking good for him man.
Start now in trying a way to remove yourself.

Oh no!

The walls are closing in!
For really real this time! OMG!

Good point.

But the OP is correct. The DOJ is just using this guy as their fall guy.

If he gets punished at all, he'll still get a full pension with all the bells and whistles.

Justice ceased to exist in this country a long time ago.

It seems like every week we get more insight into how corrupt our government is.

At some point, it will not be sustainable.

I hope they don't think this somehow absolves them or restores faith in them, because it doesn't. It makes them look like buffoons and/or accomplices.

Oh look, Gateway Pundit is lying again. They're the only ones reporting that Thibault had anything to do with the MAL raid. In fact, if we look at other Right-Wing media outlets, this is what they say:

Whistleblowers alleged that Thibault concealed the partisan nature of evidence from FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland to secure their approval to open an investigation into former President Donald Trump in 2020 unrelated to the raid, according to information made public by Sen. Charles Grassley.

Source

In fact, Thibault had been transferred from his leadership position prior to the raid and this was confirmed by Sen. Grassley on August 4th. So before the request for the warrant was even submitted.
Source

It's a matter of record that the current investigation into Trump was initiated when former Archivist Ferriero reported to the DOJ that documents marked classified were stored were unclassified documents in the Fifteen Boxes that were retrieved in January.

GTFO

The earlier posters are right about your first comment,it makes no sense-did you go to school?
Grammar is your friend if you want to be understood.
As usual your hatred of Trump makes it fine and dandy for the FBI to be nice and corrupt as long as it's Democrat corrupt.

The post(s) you referenced are a great example of jumping in quickly to derail a thread to stop people talking about the issue at hand which makes TPTB exposed for what they really are. He definitely succeeded in getting page one off track. That appeared to be the all around goal. The best thing to do is to ignore and not stoop to the level of those whose posts are clearly designed and crafted to derail threads.

The thread is NOT about the direction people were all around led into, distracting us from the FBI now admitted and proven political maneuvering on behalf of the Democratic Party by at least some of it's members, which had to have been known by the leadership in my opinion.

It is about how the FBI admitted, by using a scapegoat, that the leadership is somehow beholding to the Democratic Party and willing to do it's bidding. Yesterdays news was clear the FBI was admitting that at least, at least, some of it's agents were Democratic Party either operatives or sympathizers who were willing to do anything at all to insure Democrats are in power. Which those of us on ATS already were quite aware, even though the public had been misled by the elite political class and their minions.

so we don't have a corrupt FBI agent resigning due to his massive political bias as told by whistleblowers?

Trying to tie it to the current investigation is disingenuous. Claiming "FBI Agent...Who Opened Trump Investigation" is outright lying.

Yeah
The fbi didn’t violate his rights again…….

Those defending FBI agents with political agendas are sick.

This may be one of the most important stories to come out in a very long time. But one of the first things to happen is a troll shows up and tries to remove the tracks and cause a derailment.

I read the links, and then started to read the comments. What I wanted from the comments was to follow the thoughts of others who have also taken in the story and links. that's how we all learn.
so why are the trolls even here? do they feel a sense of accomplishment when they destroy someones ideas? Perhaps it is a sense of pride that they are able to ruin someone else's build?

This story is about the FBI. Not some children's fairy tale. It is important, and very real. A former president is still under attack and trolls try to bend the narrative. OP please do not let this attempt to derail your thread stand. This story is too important, and I for one do see the importance and will follow this thread.

I am sure not every person in the FBI is a lowlife. But there are those in that agency that are. They need to be weeded out if America is to continue as a sovereign nation.

which agents were in charge during crossfire hurricane, and the Trump raid? You state with authority they aren't the same, so explain how you know that, other than the one guy this thread is about.

Was the raid a part of what Thibault started? Maybe not the capstone unless the whole thing is dismissed now, but a part.

And a person is only fired until they get a new job. Wonder what Thibault’s new job will be?

You prob shouldn't drink and post....the stupid slips out

Rather than attribute diabolical intentions and cunning behavior to the "troll" (i.e. deliberately derailing this thread for political reasons), I agree with what MBtM mentions here. ^^^ The same poster had made a number of other posts that were borderline gibberish, and in the context of their otherwise somewhat comprehensible and cogent posts, screams PUI in this instance ("posting under the influence").

Also seems like some careful consideration should be made, and no conclusions jumped to, about what's really going on here.

Walking out from headquarters is not necessarily a sign of resignation or termination.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, told Just the News on Thursday that the FBI alerted him that Assistant Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault had been moved to another unspecified job.

I'll have to agree with Xcalibur on this OP. While it is good news, the OP is a bit disingenous, just a bit

There is indeed a Timothy Thibault and he is an FBI agent that hid political bias when heading the investigations with the Hunter Biden laptop.

Whistleblowers named him specifically. Wray removed Thibault from supervisor roles.
Recently, he retired over the weekend and walked out the building as per standard procedure.

However, he wasn't part of the MarLaGo raid in any capacity.

All in all, whistleblowers to the rescue as we managed to dismiss one corrupted agent.

However, we still gotta lot of work to do.
