So this rant starts off innocent enough,

The other day I ended up with a traffic ticket for an out inspection sticker, no problem go pay the thing whatever...
The ticket was like $220.00 so I didn't have all the money up front so I had to pay in 2 installments. The lady at the counter said she wouldn't except cash that I had to use my card on an online service through the PA Courts. OK whatever.

When I get down to it I asked why she couldn't accept my cash, her response was that she won't take my card there or my cash unless I was paying the full amount. I was confused by this as that means she has the means to take the moolah right then and there.

So I do the online card service that I apparently absolutely had to do if I didn't want a warrant for arrest over a trivial inspection sticker... Low and behold when I got the receipt it had a $2.75 convenience fee attached to it under the banner of a company called USBANCORP.

That being said I got curious why the hell I had to pay a fee to pay a fine to a bank not in PA... I got looking into USBANCORP, apparently it is owned by 70% by the Chinese Governments CIS I was like whoa wtf why am I paying a fee to a chinese controlled bank over a ticket in a podunk ass little town in PA wtf...

(This is where this thread takes a crazy turn.... Please keep reading on and check out the information I am about to drop here please)

Make a long story short I did a bunch of digging and found this little gem...
Current excel sheet of politicians and there business with CHINA using your money

Can you guys here help un piss me off by going through this data with me? Everything I looked into is ultra strange to me and super linked to the CIS and all kinds of other shadowy investment firms and trading markets all linking to China and our elected slime bags.

ETA if you cannot access the excel sheet from my link you can link to it HERE
read the article if you choose and scroll down to the text that says "Click here for the dataset of Chinese investment in the United States." and it will bring you to the same information... I think.

Got distracted from the sbox.

I saw that sheet yesterday or so and had a glimpse but didn't see any numbers. Only company names and where they invested in, no sums, that would have been interesting.

I didn't move columns so maybe something was obscured from my view though. I can tell you though that if you do business with China, you may have to strip down intellectual property rights to do business in their country. On the other hand, I am also very good informed about the German car scene and from there I have this little gem for you:

If like let's say BMW want's to to business in China. Like, ship cars built here to China. There then will be a gov. delegation coming to your manufacture plant and certify it. This certification goes so deep, it's like you can almost hand them the project files for the whole plant.

That's how the technology transfer works. You do business for 20 years but that's the price.

the finance column is the 4th one over from the left and the amounts are in millions so if it says 500 it means $500,000,000.

Im probably going to need another beer soon for starters =D

I am working on compiling a sub data sheet based on district and amount spent so I won't be back for awhile... what I am looking for is to see what the expenses where in total going out per district. I am not an excel wiz so I may get it wrong my first look through.

what else would help if a wiz does stumble here maybe could say something about the whole thing in general as well, thats always pretty rad

Okay I think I get it now. I found for example line 31 results for the Goldman Sachs transfer.

I used this admittedly very crude search term:

"CIC +"pantheon ventures" +ca +district"

gave me this result down the page:
www.secondariesinvestor.com...

I guess since you won't have the REP name around the transfer, it's best to use the investor and transaction party with the sum.

So a search term might look like
"CIC +"pantheon ventures" +500 OR "five hundred""

and voila, we have the Lexington Partners @ line 29.
www.google.com...
www.secondariesinvestor.com...

Try different search machines of course

What I did was I chained up the cells and spiced the string with '' and + and $ to get you search terms. Of course if the cell is empty as in "", you will get results like the last one.

US Bankcorp, like most financials, is primarily institutionally held. The top 10 shareholders has 7 EFT's and 2 banks, all based in the US.

Thanks! But I really just did three formulas in excel and dragged them down 280 lines. That was all it took. It actually took more time to past it into ATS because one post was not enough
