If you try to prevent an investigation through obstructive means, it doesnt matter if you committed the crime being investigated yourself or not. The act of obstruction is the crime.

The HEADLINE is that Bob Mueller started investigating President Trump for obstructing justice on Day #1, even though the document describing Mueller's "job" didn't include investigating "Obstruction of Justice".
To make matter worse, Rosenstein and Mueller LIED to the President's attorneys, when they said, "President Trump is NOT a Target of the Mueller Investigation".
Lying to White House attorneys, is just as criminal as lying to attorneys on Bob Mueller's team.
Several people were indicted for lying to Mueller's attorneys.
Mueller and Rosenstein should be indicted for lying to White House attorneys.

Funny how hundreds of federal investigators and prosecutors say differently... Like he would be in jail in not for that DOJ rule about indicting a sitting president.
Ignore that part all you want it doesn't change the truth one iota.

She never refused to turn over anything.
And she did not destroy evidence either.
Thats just a popular conspriacy theory around these parts.
Goes with the territory.
Mr. Comey writes that he learned on that day the details about the discovery, on Anthony Weiner’s laptop, of new and potentially significant Clinton email evidence — “hundreds of thousands” of emails, including “thousands” that the F.B.I. had never seen before

If you're being falsely accused of committing a crime, and these people are trying to set you up to destroy your life, you will obviously try to get rid of these corrupt people.
I would do the same Trump did and I'm pretty sure the Democrats would as well.
