So, what browser and search engine do you all recommend?!

I couldnt be arsed what browser and search engine i use unless im doing some eh, "alternative" stuff lets say.
But thats just me.

Jeez none of that helps you at all, my bad.
I just use Firefox for mundane stuff but i dont give a crap what they collect on me, it wont stand up in court...

No good. You need a dark solitary castle in which you are locked up, 4 candles, some ink, a quill, and a scroll in order to return any results. Not to mention if the mirror crashes.

Well, actually that sounds like me, but I'm sure most people prefer a PC.

I use Maxthon 5x as a browser. I still use google, I just don't sign in. Duckduckgo is a good choice for a search engine if you want to make sure your searches aren't manipulated.

I used to use Maxthon, but they made it too lightweight, to keep it optimised. Which to me, equated to crippled to a degree. But FF is just too cumbersome, chrome too.. googly, and I can't go without the few addons I use, come to rely on, so FF remains...

Half the time it's not the browsers fault, but the web designers who make the engines crap out.. shame..

And with my android device, I have come to let google bring the KY so it hurts less

Why exactly do you think Google is evil?

There are football fields sizes of servers in Arizona or someplace like that owned by the NSA. That's where google is really run from.
Yet we see peoples online of the google offices which look like these fuzzy warm places to work and play.
