Maybe it wasn't in Gawker's best interests to more or less imply that if Hulk Hogan had been with his best friend's 5-year-old daughter, they still would have considered putting that tape out there to the public.

It made them look like a bunch of scum bags who's post child porn without a second thought if a celeb was involved. I don't think the public is into considering that free speech, no matter who is involved.

Oh, I totally agree. It was disgusting and I hope Gawker collapses into oblivion. I'm just not sure there were any sympathetic parties to this debacle.
