Something related from the past ...

On March 17, 2009, North Korean border guards detained two American journalists, Euna Lee and Laura Ling, who were working for the U.S. independent cable television network Current TV (defunct since August 2013), after they crossed into North Korea from the People's Republic of China without a visa. They were found guilty of illegal entry and sentenced to twelve years' hard labor in June 2009.[1][2] North Korean leader Kim Jong-il pardoned the two on August 5, 2009, the day after former U.S. President Bill Clinton arrived in the country on a publicly unannounced visit.

Hmmm.

Possible connection to espionage ?

Connect the dots. There are several "sizes".

FBI "A" Team leading ‘serious’ Clinton server probe, focusing on defense info

An FBI "A-team" is leading the "extremely serious" investigation into Hillary Clinton's server and the focus includes a provision of the law pertaining to "gathering, transmitting or losing defense information," an intelligence source told Fox News.

The section of the Espionage Act is known as 18 US Code 793.

A separate source, who also was not authorized to speak on the record, said the FBI will further determine whether Clinton should have known, based on the quality and detail of the material, that emails passing through her server contained classified information regardless of the markings.

All you guys keep shilling for Hillary, and while you do remember he head of the CIA was axed for much less. All General Petraeus did was share his calendar with his the woman he was cheating with and they acted like he gave out missile launch codes, what Hillary has done is way worse because they already have said some of her emails were born top secret and have had their heddings removed.

Government officials are supposed to use official government servers where people go over the emails to stop this kind of thing from happening, and the only reason one wouldn't do it for official use would be to hide criminal activity.

So shill away, anyone with brains can see what is going on here.

A justice dept official says that Hillary would not be charged with a crime unless she knew the e-mails were labeled as "Top Secret". Personally, I don't know how she could NOT know.

Even the e-mails I get from my health insurance company are labeled "private/privileged" and I have to enter a password to open them. Pain in the arse. If the TOP SECRET or even SECRET E-mails were sent to Hillary's regular address, non-encrypted, that person should be punished.

The former decision is original classification. A great majority of classified documents are created by derivative classification. For example, if one piece of information, taken from a secret document, is put into a document along with 100 pages of unclassified information, the document, as a whole, will be secret.

Classified information in the United States

[28] "U.S. Department of State Foreign Affairs Handbook Volume 5 Handbook 3 - TAGS/Terms Handbook: 5 FAH-3 H-700 E.O. 12958, AS AMENDED, TELEGRAM CLASSIFICATION MARKING" (PDF) U.S. Department of State. 14 July 2009. Retrieved 15 December 2010.

Much of the classified information contained within Hillary's emails was NOT marked with classification markings. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT SAID CONTENTS WERE NOT CLASSIFIED AT THE TIME, HOWEVER. Classified information is classified the minute it is born and rarely, if EVER becomes classified LATER. Taking a top secret page then stamping it 'TOP SECRET' and then saying "Okay, NOW it's classified" is a misnomer! That top secret page was top secret LONG BEFORE IT WAS STAMPED!!! See the BIG DECEPTION Hillary and the administration is pulling here?

The big LIE is that Team Hillary and the complicit corrupt White House WANTS us to believe that because the classified contents of her emails were not marked with classification markings at the time, then they are not considered classified until they get marked with classification markings! Does the enemy care if the classified information they receive is marked or not? HELL NO, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THAT THEY'VE LEARNED SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR ENEMY (THE U.S.) THAT THEY SHOULD'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT!!! After all, this is WHY classified information is classified in the first place, right?

THE BIG DECEPTION: "Unclassified then became classified later" [Hillary emails]

Hmmmm.

Much of this has to do with the "double agent" working
inside the State Department, also loyal to Hillary's lawyer.

Oh...and did I mention "Kate Duval"?

According to recent congressional testimony, at least one of the lawyers in the office where the changes were made is Catherine “Kate” Duval, who was at the IRS during the Lois Lerner e-mail scandal and now handles the release of documents to the Benghazi select committee. Duval once worked for the same firm as Clinton's private attorney David Kendall.
