Harry Reid is garbage...and it's great he's finally being taken out.

Today, the now Senate minority leader, just proudly admitted that lying to the American public is perfectly fine...as long as it gets the job done! No wonder he was such a useful idiot to Barack Obama, while he was Senate majority leader.
He's an unrepentant liar...and he doesn't care who knows it.
Hell, he's proud of it!

Grapevine: Harry Reid has no regrets over Romney accusations

No Regrets

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid says he does not regret accusing then-presidential candidate Mitt Romney of not paying taxes-- a claim that has since been proven-- to be untrue.

Why? -- Because it worked-- Romney lost the election.
The claim was made just three months before Election Day.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

Harry Reid, Senate Minority Leader: The word's out that he hasn't paid any taxes for 10 years. Let him prove that he has paid taxes, because he hasn't.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

Romney produced tax returns-- showing he had-- in fact-- paid his taxes.
Politifact ruled-- pants on fire -- that Reid produced no evidence to back up his contention on the Senate floor.
So does Reid regret the accusation?
No way.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

Reid: Oh I don't regret that at all.

Dana Bash, CNN: So no regrets? About Mitt Romney? About the Koch brothers? Because some people have even called it McCarthy-ite.

Reid: Well they can call it whatever they want, ummm.. Romney didn't win did he?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

Reid's sudden candor follows his announcement-- that he is not running for re-election.

This is the same man who pushed the grazing land cattle standoff sometime back so he could satisfy special interest groups.

It takes a man to admit they were wrong...

Now, if a man could demonstrate that to Harry Reid..

It amazes me how blatant all our overlords are anymore.

They don't even try and pretend to care about what we think lately.

All of them need to be physically evicted from Washington and we need to start over.

Russia could do us a favor with 1 well placed piece of ordinance.

You got that right. Reid is the worst kind of politician. Generally i think anyone who has been in Washington over 10 years is probably so twisted by it they can't behave as a normal person would. Being to close to that power just corrupts you in all sorts of ways.

Just like the rest of that bunch of progressive libtards, they live by the motto, "the end justifies the means". They have no moral compass, imo.

It is such a shame that he is the product of my state. What an absolutely awful human being.

Don't get things confused, I didn't stick my neck out for a guy like Romney, he's corrupt as hell.

If this doesn't convince the American people how corrupt the government is, then I don't know what other evidence will.

The American People will have no regrets when a revolution happens, and he and his friends are being dragged through the streets French Revolution style.

People may forgive. But they don't easily forget. IF the day comes that we end up in a revolution, we'll see how distant of a memory he becomes.

They all lie, well known documented fact. Why people get so excited to elect a new liar come election time I'll never understand. I dread the 2016 President elections here on ATS.

It's a big club, and you ain't in it! You and I are not in the big club!

Dems didn't care, as long as he was a good lil soldier and buried all the legislation from the house that Obama didn't like.

Remember, Pelosi totally backed Reid up on his lie at the time.
I wish CNN had asked the same questions of her. They' were both Obama's useful idiots.

Big assumption to assume Reid's elections were legitimate.

Fraud is common in Nevada.
