Autoimmune can do that too. Lupus for example. Or blood pressure issues.
We can't diagnose him on the internet. But we can safely say that it's a symptom of something going on.

Absolutely agreed. SLE is part of my autoimmune mash up and I've gone in for SOB and faintness many a time with the cause being a variety of things from pleurisy to unrelated to the SLE--, asthma, bradycardia, taccycardia, and anemia. That syncope wasn't reported just kind of tips the scale a bit to it being more stress related and well, I was simply being facetious about Holder's issues as of late and the timing of it. (* and stress can aggravate a pre-existing condition)

It's come to this point. The future of man kind rests in the hands of archaic minds and psychopaths. We should make it a requirement that everyone in office should under go an OBE. Then all of their decisions would at least be grounded in reality.

You forgot the ghost of the Benghazi scandal also, I guess the guilt is getting to him finally, either that or the corruption behind the NSA is eating him too.

You only get spells like that when you are facing the possibility of been discovered in some bigger scandal brewing somewhere.

my theory is he's faking it so he won't have to be the one to announce, that there are no charges are going to filed against Zimmerman.
last i heard anything about that was in Nov of last year.

According to reports, I posted above. He's at home, in bed resting. I assume he's sucking his thumb, waiting for his phone to ring to tell him what to do next.

I don't wish death upon anybody, but do I care if he dies or not? Not really. I just want him out of his position of power. Of course, he would be replaced by some other jackbooted thug from Chicago probably.

With any luck, Congress will deny anyone else the position until the next screwed up administration.

OMG! This is terrible for poor Mr. Holder. I hope he recovers fully and lives a long and very healthy life.

But, if there is no chance in hell he will get to serve the time that he so rightfully deserves...

Then a long and painful death is NOT ENOUGH for the sorry bastard.

There's an old saying i like "Karmas a b!tch" All in all i honestly hope he gets well just to see the poor b@$t@rd suffer a bit more. Yeah yeah I know i'm a sadist but you know what he deserves it with the gun and run operations (Operation fast and furrious anyone).

Personally, I see this as a win situation for the ruling party. They don't have to make him resign, accepting any fault for any of his wrong doings, and it would take some of the heat off for now. Stepping down due to these health reasons would be the perfect move also scoring some "awww, I hope you feel better" points. is this a ruse to get Holder out of the lime light, or is it just health naturally taking it's course? I don't know. Quite interesting to say the least.
