Quebec Resturants will soon be serving wild game

I think this is pretty cool! Trapping and hunting is a huge part of our culture, not just in Canada, but North America in general. Most people don't realize that early pioneers of these lands lived off of the meat from these animals. But thanks to microwave ovens, fast food and of course, non-stop propaganda from the FDA, people now-a-days think that eating wild meat will somehow kill you, or perhaps transform you into some kind of mutant... (at least, that's how I interpret the response..) People would rather eat GMO cow and factory grown chicken instead of something natural... Oh well, I'm going to Quebec just to try some of these tasty dishes! I think I'll have an order of stir-fried Muskrat... Mmmmm

i love finding places that serve wild game. But its alot cheaper to just shoot it yourself with my "EVIL" assault rifles

Atleast it would be really fresh! Lol. And its alot better than all the meat we are served now that is pumped with hormones atleast that is all natural.
Oh i went to Montreal when i just turned 18 on my own to meet a friend oh wow that place has the best food and other stuff ive ever had in my life! Poutine was my fav ! I just came from a hot aussie summer to -10 degrees so i hope to return one day in their summer! Such a awesome place Quebec is.
