Haha, that's extreme. The views around here are too nice for closed curtains, unless I'm dancing around of course lol. I only close the windows if I'm singing, it's not fair to inflict it on the neighbours.

If I had a good veiw in any direction from my place, then I imagine I would open my curtains a bit more often! As it is, all I see from my bedroom, is the ugly, combination residential and commercial buildings opposite my house, with a bit of sky above it.

So its great. I get either the penetrating gaze of the sky tyrant, which washes all of the buildings away in its river of photonic pain, or some 1960's prefab monstrosity.

Hehe, I block out all the houses in the valley below, I have the sofa and desk angled so that I can only see sky and mountains. The views from my bedroom are OK, I have the garden to look out at but no sky.

I'm off to bed now, I have an early morning to face tomorrow.

Night, night, see you soon.

Hugs!

@Jacy - It's the least I could have done. Truth be told, I was worse off at the beginning of the thread(s) vs now. A bowl of soup would've been a poor repayment for how many awkward stares I got while laughing at some of the posts going on here. Shame I can't make the party this year, else I'd buy everyone a round.

@Cody - No more Easter Bunny; Apparently, my cat was so evil that he was too afraid to come inside.

@Tsu - Come on over to the USA & visit Dawg & Myself; Ohio's got one of the best Roller Coaster parks (I sadly have to give Ohio that; Michigan wishes it could claim Cedar Point is part of itself).

@True - I don't seem to be online when you are, but how are you?

@Dawg - Keep up the story; I'm enjoying the read.

@Night - I'll be on shift for a little bit tonight.

@Everyone I missed - How's everyone been doing?

What a refreshing day...sort of. I am very, very pleased to see more of our rainbow family in here today. Yay!
My Mom wasn't feeling that great earlier today so my sister took her to the emergency room. That part of the day sucked, but then I ended up going out for a while with my friend to eat and get some groceries I needed desperately. I don't know if my new pill is kicking in or just that I finally got out of the house and got some fresh air, but I felt sooooo much better.

Mom should be home tomorrow hopefully. I got her groceries too, so she will be happy that's waiting for her. I don't understand though, everything checked out ok at the hospital, but she has been feeling like crap. She had pain in her back and side...who knows. Always scary because she is 90.

Jane, I really missed that flit poof thing. Hahaha! Love that!!

Gordi....mushroom ketchup? Hahahahaha! What the hell is mushroom ketchup?????? I swear, I have never in my life heard of such a thing.

Hey Night!

Sorry to hear about your mom; I do hope she's better tomorrow.

Apart from that, how goes it?

Yea...I was curious about that as well. As far as I'm concerned Ketchup has limited uses. But it does help thicken a marinade/sauce in small quantities. I don't even like ketchup on my fries/pomme frites/chips (see what I did there?) I prefer a good mushroom gravy over them.

Heya Foss! I know, better late than never though.

Good to see you had a good weekend as well. Maybe all the good vibes will rub off on everybody else who needs them.

Hey Dawg - it was an awesome start to the week so far. I trust that your weekend went fine, and that you're feeling better?

Anyway, I'm around for a little longer, as the conditions inside my apartment make a good sleeping atmosphere.

I'm good. First time in a while I feel so good. Maybe my new pill is finally helping. And knowing Mom should be coming home tomorrow is such a relief.

Right now the temps are perfect for snoozing! Ya have to enjoy them while ya can.

I'm a Spring and Fall kinda guy. The temps are perfect for me. Summer and Winter are cool as well, but they have a tendency to last to long for this kid. One week of high humidity makes this kid one miserable creature. And seven months of winter is just to damned long.

Man can I relate to that! I'm miserable in the heat and humidity of summer. LOVE Spring and Fall!!!!!!!!! And yes, winters are way too long, cold, grey and dreary.
