Wish I could say my day was all rainbows, but alas, it's not - Stayed up keeping a friend company. I'm worried for her, as she ended an abusive relationship; without too many details, I fear she's not out of the woods just yet, and I'm running back into the woods as my intuition is telling me to watch my back; this guy reeks of the word trouble. And because I stayed up late, I had to reset my phone alarm this morning - Of all days for it to fail to go off, it was today.

Funny part about it was that I woke myself up around the time I normally would - If we didn't do the "Spring Forward".

Best part of the day was coming home, and seeing that the thread is still here.

I've been reading this entire thread backwards until I get to my earlier posts.

And Jane, it looks like I'll be absent for about an hour forty minutes, watching a movie that's probably before my time (based on the arm being ripped off, and the fact that it happens in the first couple minutes indicates an older horror film). Horror before bed? Yes Please!

This sums me up pretty much totally. Though it's not my genre of music. It is true.

A little Sammy Davis Jr. Ladies and Gents. (And while I can't dance, for some odd reason, I can sing Rat Pack songs)

Go and enjoy....but I warn you it's THAT good, by the end of the film....you'll be thinking werewolves are possibly real....mwahahahaha!

I could indeed hear the waves Gordi and felt the wind through my hair and the soft sand beneath my feet. I heard a mystical voice singing and even the birds. I was absolutely enchanted.

Friends, it's 2.45am here, and I'm an old fart!
Time for my bed I think.

You're a good guy Foss! I hope she had the sense to get a restraining order against that guy or he will be relentless. I had friends go through the same thing. Most importantly, I hope she has the sense not to take him back as many women have.
Watch your own back very carefully as well.
